Staff is always friendly and attentive service!
the server was rude acted annoyed that she had customers I tried asking for silverware and ranch she cut me off while I was talking in a rude manner did not ask us if we needed refills when asked she got annoyed there was only 2 tables there so it was not busy. when I told the shift manager she acted the same now I see why the service was horrible because there example is not different. I work in the same industry and always provide excellent service and expect the same in return especially while I'm with my family.We also were not the only ones unhappy so was the couple next to us .
Nothing like the pictures on the website. I would not go again.

Ever wanted to eat at a place where the customers were always rude and entitled. Then this is your joint. I’ve never seen so many grown men and women get upset this quickly before. One even hoping they got their food free from the situation...... Staff managed to keep their composure and deal with all these snowflakes. Pricing is very cheap and probably why it brings in these kinds of folk. Give it a try on a slow day when you can enjoy the food and avoid the circus.

Good food must of the time but for the last month the steaks and prime rib were really tuff. Had a hard time trying to cut it. Had to sent it back. It used to be really good food. We used to go I eat there every 2 weeks. Not anymore.
