Appetizer came out fairly fast - but was not hot. The Caesar salad tasted good, but it took a long time to get to the table. The server gave us the impression that we were a nuisance to her. The food was good, but the attitude and service created a less than favorable experience .
I was told happy hour is all day long. The only beer that’s happy hour is a sudsy miller lite. The server tried to give me the miller lite with 1/4 suds. When I complained she said it’s a two dollar beer as if it’s like what do you expect. I asked to speak to manager which eventually came after the second request. I explained to her the rudeness of our server. I ordered fish and chips which was no better than a Swansons TV dinner. The manager was arrogant about my entire experience. Never apologized. Don’t ever order fish and chips or their famous happy hour lite beer. Was awful.
Conveniently located inside the hotel. Food was good, but seemed a little over priced for the quality. Service was great.
Food was SO good (we had various burgers) and the staff was really nice and attentive.
I went to lunch with a friend. I had not been to TGI Fridays in over 2 years. I order one of my favorite meals. I was so disappointed. It just did not taste the same. The Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta was mainly pasta. It had about 5 small shrimp and hardly any chicken. My friends burger looked good.
I called in to see what the wait time would be for 2 adults and a child who requires a high chair. I was told 15-20 minutes which was fine. We show up and put our name on the list and we also add that we will need a high chair. We wait for 20 minutes and then our name is called. When we come to the front they make us wait another 5 minutes since they had set up the table and for some reason they couldn’t add a high chair at that table so they had to switch things around. So we are finally seated with menus. However no one comes to take our drink order or food order. We are sitting patiently for 5 minutes, then 10, and then 15. At this point we get up to leave. The manager walks over as we are leaving and asks what’s wrong. I politely explained that no one had come to our table for 15 minutes. She offered to have someone come over right away but it was too late by that time. Hopefully this place can hire more servers and obtain better communication in the front of house.
my girlfriend and I came in tonight and ate at the bar with Ashley and James. They were both so accommodating. Both have great customer service and work very hard you can tell. The food and drinks were amazing! We will definitely be back!
Food was good. Service was good. But the food used to be great. The whiskey glaze is different, not as tasty. We always order the green bean fries as an appetizer. They were overcooked - not sure if we'll order them again. Prices were quite a bit higher, though many places have increased menu prices. Enjoyable, just now as good as they used to be.
Oh my god!!! I am in love with this place!! The mozzarella sticks are very good and Sonia the sauce! Then there is the 'Bucket of Bones' meal that my roommate and I are in love with!! You can choose from any of their sauces for your wings and your ribs. FYI, the Dragon Sauce is a sweet sauce to die for and the apple butter sauce is a perfect second to have on the ribs! The wait staff is usually really awesome, but make sure you tell them to bring your appetizer before your meal or the kitchen staff may make everything all at once. No matter what, you can't go wrong with making this your meal stop for ANY day of the week. You will always feel like it is Friday!! ;) P.S. the wings are even delicious as next day left overs.... Yummm!!! ?
