This place picks and choose who deserve fresh food and who doesnt. Im starting to think... what appears to be the manager or lead cook....lead worker has a problem with certain races. I always get cold old funky smelling food with an attitude when she is there...I am literally in the parking lot right now typing this review. I went across the street to the gas station to throw this food away. I had other bad experiences when she was there previously but today confirmed this woman has a problem with certain people ..imo black women. I wish we can pull the video tape of me happily speaking to her while she giving me the strongest attitude for no reason as if we met in a previous life. I was doing my best trying to keep smiling and being positive because this woman was in charge of my food. That meat smelled very spoiled and funky with cold rice & vegetables that were old. I dont understand why my food was old and cold during rush hour. That food should have been hot with so many uber eats and customers in and out. As you put the food toward your mouth you can smell how funky it was. I tasted it and immediately spit it out. In my opinion....she serve certain people old food that they didnt sell earlier...the food looked like it was leftover from the lunch shift and they didnt want to throw it away. I wish they send some undercover health and safety customers in this store to observe and experience what I experienced. The soda machine looks like it had mold building up on it so I can imagine what the kitchen looks like. I am going to start going to the one on Decatur instead. On my way now.
Teriyaki Madness is typically consistent. For some reason today the Orange Chicken pieces seemed smaller than usual. Otherwise it's still really good.
I use the app and pay through the app by the time I pull up is always ready to go and the food is preety good SHOUT OUT to that App comes in handy
Coming out work hungry and the audacity ? lady over the counter was nice in the beginning, but as I started giving her my order she seemed she started to get annoyed. Wanted some veggies chicken only and some sauce in the side, as soon as I said "sauce on the side", she paused and looked at me like I was stupid. LIKE LADY WAS THAT TOO HARD TO UNDERSTAND? When it came to pay I stayed looking at the menu I drifted a bit and she was just standing there without saying a word with my card in her hand. Low as the eye cant see Like she was waiting for me to see it.
If you plan on eating here, don't get delivery. We placed an order for about $120.00. When it arrived we found that 3 people were going hungry, and even though we all ordered large dishes, of what we did receive, only 1 dish was actually large, the rest paid for large and got regular instead. Tried to make a complaint, but since we didn't have a receipt, seeing as they left that out of the delivery also, we we're told there was nothing they could do. I'll be contacting my bank next to dispute the charges, as we did not receive what I agreed to pay for.
Today I called my order in at 8:24pm she said it would be ready for pick up in 10 minutes. So I take a shower then go pick up my food. It’s now been over 20 min. I get there it was busy but after I noticed everyone coming in after me has received there food I got up to ask Did you guys forget about my food ? At this time it was 9:10pm . They found my food sitting and when she gave it to me the order was wrong , one bowl was supposed to have fried rice instead it was white so I had to wait another 10 min for them to remake that. My bowl with white rice , the rice was so mushy I couldn’t get over it I took the food back and got me money back. I love this place but definitely won’t be going back to this location.
Pre ordered lunch online, when I arrived it was not ready yet at all. Had to wait another 20 minutes. If I was hourly I would have had to leave or risk being off the clock too long. Food was great and they were nice but get ahead of online orders.
Confusing prices . All bowls come with veggies and I had white rice, but was billed for add ons my combo even cost 3.99 not 3.39 as advertised. I think I was cheated
Unfortunately there isn't that many good Asian restaurants here in Vegas but this place has a very freshly made to order food, that's right they'll make it till you order it, one of my favorits it's the vegetables the are really good
