Drive-thru order number 456. I was fine that my burrito supremes did not come with beans since the store was out. But when I noticed I was charged extra for extra sour cream and no discount for an incomplete "burrito supreme" I called the manager to possibly get a discount on my next visit...only fair and matter of principle. I was very respectful and diplomatic with my concern but the manager responded with no courtesy and hung up on me. In short, she stated that I have to pay full price for less product because it was disclosed upfront. That's fine... way to make up for inventory loss from all the customers tonight. The rudeness killed the service though.
They Are RACIST at this location BLACK ppl BEWARE BEWARE DONT EAT THERE. I ordered my food before 2 ppl walked in and they got there food before me how rude. Instead of belittling myself like him After he made the food I smiled and asked for a refund. I explained to the manager what happened and she acted as she didn't care her excuse was they are short
There's always a long line they close the lobby early so you have no other alternative but to wait in the line to pick up your Uber order or you if you're ordering for yourself it's just always too busy the staff is very nice the service is good but I know it has to be overwhelming for them so the two stars is not for the workers the employees is for the store policy of how they operating
They were fast to bring food to drive thru window, food was hot. Lady was nice!
Taco bell employees are shady as hell. I used my credit card there for lunch and the next day my credit card was hacked and someone tried to book a room or something at Regency Hotel. I hadn't used that card anywhere else so I know it was someone from that taco bell. BE AWARE. DONT USE A DEBT OR CREDIT CARD THERE!!
There is a white chubby lady employee told me to leave while consuming still seating on my table. and still placing the orders for another taco on my taco bell app. Where in the world do you guys hire women as hosts, women are very prejudice people in business. Taco Bell should hire only boys, men are more tolerant and more discreet in terms of prejudice, and women tell and show right in the face of the customer that they are consuming, but they are not welcome to seat in the tables of the restaurant because she finds you ugly enough for her taste. It is a lack of respect from the staff when a customer is ordering from their phone on the app while I order it takes time and that chubby young white woman comes over my cadaver telling that I am loitering in the lobby.
This Taco Bell is horrible, they can't get a single order correct, they are slow, the employees are straight out of preschool and can get very rude. I'll never go back there again.
It is an ok place to eat. It wouldn't be my first pick but ill still eat there
Only issue: I waoted for over 20 mins for my food. Went inside used kiosk to order& pay. Had someone wait for the food while I left went next door to McDonald's. Recieved my food & by the time I came back, I still had to wait another 10 mins at least. There were 3 other people inside & maybe 3 cars in drive thru. Kinda sucked.
