Great service from Ash, even though it took a while as the line was long (but what can you expect- they make your subs to order right in front of you). Subs were great, and he was patient and friendly despite the line behind us. Would definitely return to this location

Actually is 0 star. I paid 52.00 dollars I order a tuna melt and barely have tuna. And a 6in roasted turkey and they didn't put the turkey and cheese...

Horrible service. They gave my subs to a random person that wasn’t me. And when I told them and showed them proof of my order as well as the card I used they said someone picked it up and how it wasn’t their problem anymore. I was upset but still talked in a respectful tone to not make a scene however, the lady seemed to be getting mad and starting showing attitude. I recommend not ordering through the app. Horrible service , bad attitude and they honestly don’t care . I asked if I can get my money back or even a sandwich because it’s not my fault they gave my subway to the wrong person. Rude and I will most likely never eat there again. Waste of money
This store is very dirty. I understand that it's not home but a restaurant at least clean up a little bit. Trash all over the floors and lots of dirty tables with empty juice bottles with stains all over. I always carry out my food. This isn't the best store to dine for lunch. I just poke my head in every once in a while to get a sandwich.
I just ate here and then after eating I had to pee . they took forever to open the bathroom for me. Place is clean and food is so so for subway
I have been to this location 3 times and all three times I have been disappointed. Unless I'm feeling then exactly how I want my order step by step the people working are lost. I asked for a melt and the person had no idea what that was but tried to play it off otherwise, I've had a melt before, I know what the process is. After seeing him try to assemble the sandwich I asked him aren't you suppose toast it in a specific manner and double the cheese (that's what makes it a melt) and instead conferring to a coworker that might know what a melt is he responds "oh that's not how we do it here." ??? I come back another time for a wrap in hopes this time will be different but the person making it also had no idea what the subway club was so I had to look up the exact contents at tell her what it is only for her to wrap it horrendously and then massacre it with a knife. Took a bite and got pure lettuce and nothing else in one corner. If you're getting subway... Don't go to this one.
I went today to get 2 breakfast sandwich, 4 donuts and a coffee .. my coffee had plastic in it which I almost chocked on! The sandwich and donuts we found a hairs in it!!! Disgusting! I was too far away by the time I took I realized it when I took it to go!
This man right here made me the best sandwich ive ever had in my life 10/10 hope to see his beautiful face again.
