Visited this Starbucks during a road trip. Got a coffee before I hit the road. Staff is friendly and service was fast.
Nice and clean establishment.Fast anf friendly service. Sadly, customers who appear disheveled and vagrant are allowed inside with everyone else.
Just drove through for two beverages. The caramel Frappuccino is liquid- no substance, no cream. Not worth $5.75. I called twice/ no answer. Ticket # is 719368 for 2 beverages $11.60. A free beverage is warranted for a tasteless and inferior $6 frappe. I’m not willing to drive back when I’m due at work. Next time I’m in the area I’ll stop by for credit.
I never have to wait very long and the service is nice. However, I'm a little disappointed in what i received considering how expensive getting a coffee at any starbucks location is. I was a barista for a very long time and I enjoy a great coffee. I know how certain drinks are made. I ordered a cold brew and some added shots. Only to see that mostly water was added to my coffee. I didn't pay 8 almost 9 dollars for water in my coffee and I didn't order an Americano. It doesn't taste very good just really disappointed.
Went to pick up a couple orders for a friend and her co worker. The place seemed very well liked lots of people enjoying their purchases, they had music playing and all the staff was really friendly and helpful.
This Starbucks is literally the worst in the area. They always shut down just randomly mid day even though people are inside. They regularly deactivate ordering from the app. And are closed completely on random days. Save your money and go to the bucks right down the street
No sense of urgency at 7am. Car lines long and not moving. I came inside thinking it was faster and it was just as bad. They need a manager to help improve production time. No greeting, I was sitting at the register. Something is off brand at this Starbucks.
02.07.2022 - Just came from the drive thru where I met barrista: Ms. Kara. She is wonderful. She knows how to strike a conversation. Especially, me being a very very busy person, she asked me of how was my day, then I ranted to tell her a brief about my day. She is a good listener and responder. As a result, she helped reduce my stress and issues just by bantering with me a bit. I wish we have more of her. Very open amd soft-spoken. Will be a returning customer again. Just for that. Thank you. I really appreciate it. P.S. Her hair in on fleak!! And please train her really good. I think she could be a leader someday! Keep up the good work, Ms. Kara.
First sip there is a strong taste of Cinnamon! Brought it it up to them and drive thru clerk said there's no cinnamon.
The lobby was closed. Also, most of the Frappe was melted. It was as if they made it right after we ordered. Which would be great normally but we had 7 cats in front of us.
