I have been coming to this Starbucks for a couple years now and it's usually a great experience. However, over the last month or two it's gotten pretty bad. The wait times are crazy, the workers are to busy goofing around and I've had to get at least 1 maybe 2 drinks corrected every visit. I am not the kind of person to ever complain about people in the food service industry, because I am in the food service industry as well, but Holy Moly, Get it together. There is one younger gentleman in there that was amazing today (5/28/22 @ 10am-ish) and he fixed my drink the second he saw me in line. I wish I would have gotten his name, but completely forgot to. He was AMAZING!
Why do you close at 800pm…look at the lines upon lines of people after 800pm at Craig Rd location. I’ll personally run the shop 800-430 if you don’t like money. Great Coffee is a 24hr necessity, let’s go, wake up feed the people of America coffee.
It was sub par. Tables and floor needed attention. There was a handful of people on staff. I don't really if there's a story as to why it wasn't tidy but hey, it was what it was.
I've given them 5 chances. They gave me gift cards for the 3 mistaken drinks. The replaced drinks still came out with errors I have never seen so much chaos no one had any clue what they were doing. 24 minutes I waited one time. Each time I've gone in they have never made it correctly this is not exaggerated its unreal one place could have such a terrible time reading a sticker on a cup. I tried and no more chances for this Starbucks location
2nd day in a row I ordered the same drink white mocha latte and the drink smells bad, the milk taste and smells sour, I specifically asked them to please stir the coffee to ensure that I could taste the white mocha. However the drink tasted the exact same way as it did the day before when I purchased it. The milk they are using tastes sour and rotten. I’ve tried calling a dozen time and their main number is not working. It rings once and hangs up. I’m going to go down to the store because coffee costs too much money these days lol. But seriously….
The location on Asure & N Tenaya has very friendly employees. They must have been very busy because they were out of all the milks except for soy. I tried it in my drink and it was different but good.
I go everyday love the friendly workers . when the girls see me walk in they start my drink ?
Insane!!! We have been in this line for over 45 mins. What’s going on Starbucks?? Usually so fast and efficient but not today. I’ve seen more than one car return items And you couldn’t even get my order right
I spent my morning working from there instead of my home. It enjoyed my comfortable seating. This shop has a bit more room then other Starbucks in the area.
Staff is friendly and the drinks are good, I just don't like how loud they play music at this location.
