Best starbucks ever, and the staff is so sweet and kind always greets you with kindness. I havent met a better starbucks with barristas as kind as the ones at this location. Only downside is that management does yell at the team often and it makes me uncomfortable. Not sure if shes just joking around and thats their vibe but from the outside in it does seem unfair. Anyways drinks are always great and if they missed something they always are welcome to help and fix and issues. This has been my go to starbucks for the past year and a half and i come everyday sometimes even 2-3x a day ?
The girl working the register was super cool and doing her best. However management staff is super rude to their employees. I heard her yell at her employees at least twice. Nobody wants to work in a hostile environment. They need to treat their employees better, then they wonder why they’re always needing more people.
I have never received such wonderful service all around from any Starbucks that I have been to, and I have been around the country. This store is the reason that I keep coming back. So thankful for the employee today that went the extra mile to find the cup I had desperately searching for.I’d first like to give a huge thank you to Keisha, and the wonderful employee with blonde short hair that helped me today with the cup. ( I will edit when I get her name )Kudos for the manager for hiring quality employees.
Love their teas coffees and Frappuccino and their macchiatos Carmel my favorite with extra drizzle if you have a sweet tooth ? but not its good just the normal way

Out of the 10 times I went there. They consistently messed up my order. They all need to be trained and how to work the register. Order cold brew no cream sweet form and liquid sugar keep giving me CREAM, It's on the cup NO CREAM. Keep getting cream. I'm done they don't read I guess. This is what you order I'm said no and I waited 15 minutes and you made it twice wrong. Then she opened sugar packets I said liquid. I can't. One time I ordered regular ice coffee light cream she gave me heavy cream. I don't understand. You don't want it no.
Friendly, drink was tasty. 9 bucks for a frappuccino. But, I deserved a treat.

I ordered through my mobile app at 8:28am as I am on my way to dropoff my child at school. I waited 20 minutes for my order I got my sandwich but no drink wasted 150 stars for nothing (sausage sandwichand mocha cookie frap)..... I waited until 8:53am and left. If you go to this store go through the drive through they seem to get served 1st. I will be going to another Starbucks. if you have the time to wait for awhile drinks are good here. if your are on a time schedule do not come to this starbucks....
