Listen I love Starbucks and go way too much. I am a very patient person and don’t mind the wait.I know when I go to this Starbucks the wait will be long so I turn on a show and wait patiently but what I do not appreciate is rude service!The man (don’t know his name) but he was the one who took my payment asked if I needed a drink carrier and I said yes. I waited another while and he gave me my food first which everything was great up until he said goodbye and I asked for my drinks. He gave me attitude right away. I asked for straws and he got the straws in his hand and proceeded to have a side conversation with another person in the store then gave them to me in an aggressive manner.Like I said, I never mind the wait. I saw the long line and I chose to wait but don’t ever give me bad service. You’re not giving me these drinks and food for free! This was today 7/19 I placed my order at 4:57 pm and got everything at 5:15.

The line is what kills me. If we see the line has more than 5 cars, we know we will be there for a hot minute, and so we just go else where.They do make the drinks on point. And the staff....well. It depends on the time of day. Somedays they are nice and some days I deal with America's Top Attitude.

If I could give ZERO stars, I definitely would. Why would you state you can “come in & pick up in store” when BEFORE 9:30pm the lobby is closed & the drive-thru line is wrapped around the parking lot. I called the store to just get a refund & was hit w/YOU GOTTA GET IN LINE TO GET A REFUND. I had ordered a frappe that was liquified by the time I got to the window. RIDICULOUS! This is the worst Starbucks location in my area, hands down.

Dirtiest Starbucks I've ever been to.....omg!!! This part of town is literally the worst. Please avoid. Bums everywhere sleeping next to the drive thru line!! The inside is disgusting, nobody was cleaning anything. No thank you!!

4/12/22 @9pmI rarely order from Starbucks, so I'm unfamiliar with the menu. Like a giant pain in the a**, I just listed a bunch of stuff that I enjoyed and my only request was a s***load of espresso. Not only was the staff incredibly kind and sweet, but my coffee was amazing. In these times, good customer service is few and far between. I just want you to know I wish I had $100 bill to throw through that drive-thru window. Thank you for being sweet and waking me up.Sincerely,The girl driving the giant white van

This has to be one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They have you standing in line for almost 10 minutes for no reason. They have all those people working there for them to only keep 1 register open it doesn’t make sense. I came in there were 3 people already ahead of me when it was time for to finally place my order the girl at the register just starts making drinks having me standing looking stupid like what the heck! I was very upset and late to work all I could do was just walk out because are you serious girl stay in the place your supposed to be assigned! I won’t be back and the store is so dirty yuck.

I go to the Starbucks every morning prior to going to my office and the customer service is decent however I went for the first time at night through the drive-through and the staff were super disrespectful and they refused to give me their name and the managers name. So I called corporate obviously I know one of the girls name was Shilynn. They talk back to customers and act like they hate their job.

My coffee was coffee. Starbucks are all decent coffee. 3 stars because, they made 3/4 of my order, then made 4 or 5 other peoples order before making my last drink. Why did I have to wait 15 minutes for my last drink?

My daughter likes this place and she invited me a decaf coffee, it is good the only thing in my experience is that sometimes they served the cups half full and we can't go back to let them know
