So, today before going into work decided to get me something here. I ordered on the app and it was ready to go. Not only was my drink amazing but the staffing was so nice. They all said hello and all said goodbye to have an amazing day. Made my evening so much better to know that they are great people out there willing to make your day so much better. ?
This Starbucks is terrible. Every time my drink isn’t made properly. We’ve tried to give them chance after chance but it still sucks. Dutch Bros is the best!
This is my neighborhood Starbucks and I absolutely love this spot. Coffee is on point and the STAFF is the reason why I go there. They are respectful and they work hard. I think Starbucks needs to give each of them their own coffee shop. The manager is always ? ?
Such a kind staff. They always write lil positive notes on my coffee! Makes me day each time! The one I got today is:“Thanks for BEAN you!”Everyone is so quick to write a bad review. Not many people are quick to write a review about a good experience. It’s always positive vibes at this Starbucks!
I went here two mornings in a row and both times the barista, Tiana, was working solo. She did an incredible job of getting orders out efficiently, all while being incredibly friendly.
I Ordered a espresso frapp with heavy cream instead of milk. I always get this drink at other locations but this location gave me more of a very sweet milk taste and no coffee flavor. It was very white-ish color instead of a more brown.. I asked the barrista to please fix it by maybe adding an espresso shot and they refuse to fix my drink. This is the last time starbucks will do me wrong.
Service was very fast today seems as though the reviews are taken seriously.
Our cashier this morning at 9AM on 9/7 (we think his name was Daniel) was AMAZING! Super great energy and so pleasant! Really great start to the morning and we even tipped through the app because of the service we received from him. We stayed in store and ate, and even as we were leaving he was waving bye. I do want to note that the manager on shift this morning was very rude and belittling to him in front of customers. I found it very distasteful and upsetting how she was criticizing him in front of the customers, I think that can definitely be done more privately or even quietly. I felt really bad for him. But overall, really just wanted to get on here to acknowledge a great employee at the front creating a positive customer experience!
This place is always busy, and the staff handles it so well. The cashier's and baristas are ALWAYS friendly and patient. I have never had a wrong order or something unpleasant from this location. Def my favorite Starbucks and coffee place in North Las Vegas. TY for always having a professional and happy attitude.
The male person on the window drive up at Aliante pkwy and the 215 freeway should not be there because he does not know how to talk to customers. I bought two drinks and ask for a straw and he informed me that they were low on straws. So what does that mean to me that he gets to choose who he give a straw to? I pay $11 for two drinks and cannot get a straw and the person on the window has the choice to decide if I can get a straw. I won’t be going to that Starbucks anymore and they won’t be deciding for me whether or not I need a straw or not. I told him he could take his drinks back if I could not get a straw so then he hands me the straws. Really……
