To the young lady who was working as a manager at the Sonic @ Camino Al Note and Ann...I truly hope on the day that you find yourself needing someone you don't know to be truly compassionate and understanding and helpful that they actually help you in your time of need instead of being cold and heartless like you were to me tonightYou, your managers and the company you work for should be embarrassed by your severe lack of compassion and professionalism!Wednesday, July 27, around 6:30 pm while sitting in bay number 11 waiting for my order, my car overheated. Unfortunately the cap on my radiator blew which ended up burning my hand and arm and also the side of my face along with getting antifreeze in my eye.While I understand and respect the fact that you do not have a public restroom for use, my situation was an emergency and you could have very easily allowed for me to have used the restroom to rinse out my eye as well as the antifreeze off my face, hands and arm.It doesn't take much to be a kind human being. You could have set your job function aside and as a normal human being and asked if I was OK or if you need to call anyone to help me me. Instead you just laughed when I asked to speak with the manager after begging you to allow me to use the restroom and even brushed off my request for a cup of water.I hope you remember me for the rest of your life and are taught to do and be better towards others.I hope you and your mother and your sisters and any other female family members you have don't ever get treated the way that you treated me tonight!I'll pray God works on your heart! This world sure has turned very ugly and scary with people like you in it!
I ordered in advance on their mobile app.. then sat for 45 minutes to get my order. Drive thru guests were being served quickly and efficiently.. if it weren’t for my card already being charged, I would’ve drove off. With gas as high as it is, you should be disgusted for having me sit with my car running for 45 minutes .. and my order was 3 drinks and 1 burger.. nothing crazy! I even called the store manager and a few times my call rang soooo long that it went busy. This place is a joke
I’m extremely mad. I got an Oreo Cheesecake Master shake from here today and it taste like the ice cream went bad. Opened the lid and found the sour patch crumbles inside. I’ve never been so upset about my shake being messed up but this was a whole other level
I am still here waiting 30 mins after placing our order on the app. I will never be back. Food ready in 5-7 mins. Straight up laughable.**UPDATE - chili cheese dog and tots cold and soggy, no mustard for corn dog which was basically the only condiment needed and pickle fries were soft and rubbery. Just awful.
We ordered three shakes, and it took a long time to get them. We didn't get straws, so I had to knock on the door and window until someone answered. With straws in hand, I walked back to the car and discovered that one of the shakes was actually a sundae. Rough.
Waited in the drive thru for over 30 mins to pull away after waiting and another car ahead of me pulled away to the window itself. I went and filled 2 5 gallon jugs of water and pulled into a stall to order. 6 mins after pushing the button I was helped and got my order within 10 mins. If my wife didn't want a shake and me being the good guy I am, I would have said to hell with it. Only gave 2 stars cause the cake batter shake is delicious, otherwise this was a 1 star review.
This is the 2nd time we’ve come here before 10:30pm and been told that they’re “closing in 5 mins”. Every place I can find online says they close at 11pm which is why we’ve come. Both times they’ve been rude with no explanation on why they’re closing before posted times.
The burger I had was over cooked and dry, we also ordered a hot dog and that was good. The milkshakes were pretty good also. Next time I go back I'll stick to just the drinks.
The drive-thru wait was very LONG, but the service was good. I ordered a snickers blast, it was filled to the line and delicious.
Worst service ever!! They close when they feel like it. I went to order food at 9:45pm and they tell me that they stopped serving at 9:30pm but the close at 11pm. I never heard of anything like this.The a few weeks ago on a Saturday at about 2pm waited for the person to take my order it took 20 mins until I decided to drive off then found out we had to wait because they were busy so the line got even longer.Sonic needs to stop hiring people who don’t care and don’t want to service their customers.
