Honestly if I could 0 starts I would. Usually this locations night service is horrible but today they genuinely had atrocious service that I’d rather go to Dairy Queen, sadly they aren’t open as late. We used online ordering and when we arrived had to wait 20+ minutes for the order and when we received it, the blasts were melted. They looked like milkshakes. I don’t know who handles night service but this is a constant issue and when you see others cars around you aggressively banging on the call button…service needs to pick up the pace when mixing ice cream…and toppings.
Put it an online order. Drove to the store and pulled into a car hop spot. After waiting several minutes for someone to answer the buzzer, I was informed my food was ready and would be right out. I waited almost a half hour!!! One of the drinks I ordered was out and I had to wait at least five minutes for the replacement. There were so many cars in the drive through that pulled away without ordering because the wait was so long. My food was cold once I finally received it. I will not be back!
I’ve reviewed them before on yelp and the wait times at night were horrible. Their day shift is amazing however. I’m always met with a smile and a warm greeting. It may be only 2-3 of them working in the morning, but they make it work and the food is always on point. A kind word and a smile goes a long way
I enjoy coming here with my man even tho he orders way more food than I, I’m the classic regular meal while he orders sandwich after sandwich. To the lady that works graveyard, your service is top notch! Always in a good mood and laughs. I’ll be back! Btw food is always awesome! 330am food boredom..
Unfortunately our food was served COLD not hot. We waited 15 more minutes to get fresh hot food, only to receive the same food we returned due to it not being hot. Will never visit there again. The person that took our order and money was very professional but, she didn't cook our food.
On 6/18/22 approximately 3:30pm PDT, my husband, cousin, and I pulled up to drive in to place an order. First off the representative acted very rude with repeating he the order. Secondly he dismissed the fact that we kept saying no meal just sandwiches only. He continuously asked what drink so we asked for water. When we asked to place a second order he gave us the total and we had to wait for his return. We asked for a manager and he stated he was the manager. We drove off feeling the response and customer service was not professional at all.
Always a great place for a special treat. A favorite is the cherry limeade. I also had their footlong Coney's that were done to perfection. Like many other places in my area, this place was busy. They need more help.
What a waste of time. I don't know why we waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes, we should have left after 5. The guy on the speaker was new and obviously not shown how to take orders. When we got to the window to pay and collect our food, we were told the total was almost &40 for 3 meals. Turns out, the new guy added a bunch of extras to our order. After re-ordering at the window, paying the correct amount, and waiting some more, we finally get our food. Good thing we checked our bag before we drove away, seeing as they left out one of our meals. We won't be going back anytime soon, at least not until they can get employees that can do there jobs properly.
It was drive thru only and it took forever. They only had like 3 people working and the line of cars was huge. Took over 20 minutes in line and I was only about 10 cars in. After I got my order there were 20+ cars behind me. Food was good. I had a burger with a square bun. Different.
We went after midnight, so only the drive through was open. However, other than customer after customer changing their orders at the window, my order was fast with no issues.
