Corn bread was dry seemed old as was gritty. Not a big fan of corn bread but it was pushed with meal.Red beans and rice. Beans were hard not soaked or cooked long enough.3 meat sampler.Pork was about cup portion size, briskit had two slices, and ribs there were three. Werent over cooked came out quickly. So seemed they were left overs and just popped in microwave. Good quality fast food bbq.Bbq sause was tasty. Expected more options. Had interesting mustard sause.Wanted me to buy alcohol were pushing it pretty strongly. Nice staff. Friendly and quick drink refills.
What a nice experience. We just move here and decided to check out the local cuisine. We noticed s&N Diner as we were driving to the storage unit, The reviews we could so we decided to check it out ourselves "OMG" first we were greeted by a very lovely hostess (sa'la) She was so nice and even suggested something for us and told us about the meals I decided to have the three-piece sampler ribs, brisket, chicken and collard greens and mac and cheese. My wife had the red beans and rice, salad and the two meat sampler pulled pork and the links. We didn't say another word It was fantastic meet falling off the bones the brisket you could pull off with the fork the links outstanding and the cornbread with honey butter was out of this world! We took pictures and sent it to our best friends who are moving here We will definitely make this a regular and we were also told they have breakfast. Wait for the next update!
Totally five stars! Every bite of everything we ordered was delicious!Service was amazing. Like over the top amazing! We ordered 3 meat sampler and a rack of ribs macaroni and cheese, collard greens, potato salad and the cornbread comes with the meal. Place is super clean with delightful decorations. All the meat is dry rubbed....you get to add sauce yourself. (Much preferred) Turns out their housemade sauce recipe is pretty dang good. AAA+++'s all the way for SNS.
AMAZING. Great service, clean modern establishment, and the food was perfect. Meats were tasty and tastefully seasoned (no salt and pepper needed). The BBQ sauces were unique, and was the best collard greens and cornbread I've ever had. I mean everything I tasted was just perfect. I immediately started telling friends and making plans. COME HERE AND ENJOY.
Wow! I’m glad I stopped in! I ordered the 3 meat sampler with Mac n cheese, added the bbq beans too Oh and a sweet tea! What made it even better was the good service from Celeste, very welcoming and sweet. Thank you
This is some of the best bbq I've ever had. They have St Louis ribs down to a science. Absolutely phenomenal. I had the three meat combo, with a side of Mac and cheese, and the potato salad. All made from scratch. All incredible. The guys next to me had burgers and they looked awesome as well. Finished the meal off with the bread pudding with caramel sauce. Good. Hell. It was fantastic. Go here. Don't debate it. Just go. Thank me later.
I got the rib tip sandwich today and every other meal that I've grabbed from here including the gumbo are all on point.Made fresh, hot as it comes out and the taste is there for a great overall dining experience.Local owners who care about their business and their customers which makes it even better.The staff is quick to help you with whatever you're needing.If you're looking for a good barbecue meal or bite to eat on this side of town I highly recommended SNS Diner for sure.I forgot to mention that the prices are affordable and the dish portions fill you up.
Brisket was okay. Mac and cheese was good though. But a bbq place needs better brisket than this. It tasted watered down. The cornbread was decent but the waitress forgot to bring out the honey butter for it until everyone was nearly done eating. Might be best to just set the little cup of it on the plate with the corn bread.
Food was okay, but not worth the price. I had the Short Rib Sandwich. The meat itself did not have much flavor. The fries were good.
The food is fantastic! My husband had the pulled pork, brisket and fries. I had Mike’s salad and Mac n cheese. Their bbq dressing is incredible! We were starving after a hike and are now so full. We sat on the patio with our pup. They have a full bar. Can’t wait to visit again!
