Completely unprofessional. They open at 10:30am, I called at 12:10 to place a pick up order. First of all the lady answered the phone like it was her personal line, just a hi as if I was bothering her. Asked to place an order and she said they are closed I asked when they will be open because online states they currently should be open and she goes “ I don’t know, maybe 2:30 or so” I really got the impression they just didn’t want to work.
So I had an Amazing Rubio's experience in LA in the beginning of 2021. So of course when I saw the name on a sign here in Las Vegas my eyes sparkled!! I ordered a meal for now and one for later. Let's just say I'm glad I did cause it did not disappoint in the flavors! The food was prepared really well!! Now, the reason they got 3 stars vs my review above is because my $80+ order was wrong. My brother who was starving with little to no appetite specifically ordered his tacos a certain way was given the wrong thing. He was livid. I felt bad cause he's under the weather and he was looking forward to them. With that much money being spent accuracy should be 100 percent.
Fish tacos were great. Server was not really familiar with the menu had to repeat order a few tes to make sure it was correct.

The mixed street taco plate was awesome!! The service was super fast and really nice despite having a lot of customers and only 2 employees! I'm really want to try the bacon and shrimp burrito next time. Nice spot in the Aliante!

The Mahi tacos were delicious
This is my favorite place to eat when I just want to grab something and go home! I usually stop once a month on my way home from work. I get my food to go and then eat at home. I wish there was a drivethru and I wish this place took coupons or honored the store's specials. But it is a franchise and they do not. Still hoping for a new store somewhere close to me!
