If you're a Chicagoan, don't bother. The pizza sauce had a pronounced sweetness and was very watery. I ordered a deep dish. There wasn't even any romano sprinkled on top. The beef in the Italian beef wasn't sliced thinly enough. Not an authentic feel at all. The meat was salty and the bread was overcooked and barely dipped (I requested dipped). Not an authentic experience. I wouldn't buy from here again. Ill stay true to Amore's Taste of Chicago here, or Portillo's in Arizona.
It's our first time here as family and safe to say that we over ordered and everything we did order was fantastic!!! The service was great and the atmosphere was exceptional. Our server CJ made our dining hilarious and made us feel like we were at home, definitely come in and check this place out it's a great place for good food and fun, great job Rosati's ???
Manager/ Cashier was nice & friendly with a slight case of sarcasm. The food took extremely long to come out and the chief was EXTREMELY SALTY. I asked for extra dip and this is when the cashier became sarcastic I told him that I was originally from Chicago and I would like my sandwich dipped extra. He said" If I had a $1 for each person that said that to be today Long I would be able to quit my job. Im so tired of hearing that". After waiting for 35 mins for my SANDWHICH ONLY as I looked in this gigantic bag I noticed that I had COLD fries that I did not ask for. I pacifically asked for small Italian Beef with Motzerella cheese he charged me for a CHIEF with fries and hot and mild peppers. At this point I told him since he had given me what he wanted me to have I hope that the food holds up to the Original State it started in. Very very disappointed. Will not be getting the sandwich next time I will try the overly price pizza.
Really good pizza and amazing wings. Every super bowl we order food from here. This place is really a gem. The staff is always friendly. We had a party of 11 and called ahead and they began to set up before we even got there.
This was my first time eating at Rosati’s; and I had the Spaghetti with meatballs.First and foremost, the waitress that took my order was absolutely AWESOME. Cambria is her name, and if you have never been here, you have to definitely try them.I started off with a house salad and the in-house made balsamic vinaigrette which was incredible. The spaghetti with meatballs was outstanding. The sauce was perfect and the meatballs reminded me of my moms, so incredibly tender and flavorful.I cannot wait to return and have another wonder conversation with Cambria and to try something else on their menu.
Very good pizza, but horrible customer service. We used to go to Rosati’s in Texas, which has excelente customer service.I was in shock with the treatment we received by this young man who I believe is the owner. He was playing a game in a laptop and was very rude when we asked to dine in.After we sat down he was treating us like he was doing us a favor, not like we were paying for the service. This guy was laughing when we asked for ranch( my grandmother loves ranch, and I always order for her).We are never going back there. There are plenty pizzerias in town where you can eat and be treated well. Don’t give these people your money. Rude and unpleasant
When I crave pizza this is the place that I love to go to and enjoy. We tend to over order and eat more than we should but that is just because it’s so delicious
Tried for the first time. Got the thin crust “Rosati’s Monster”, was delicious! High quality ingredients and worth the cost.
Delicious Chicago pizza ??. That's all we really order from here. I've had their beefs before too, they could put more meat in them. I'm sad they don't offer fried pickles anymore.
The best pizza I've ever had (Cheese/pepperoni). The dough was cooked to perfection. The ingredients were quality. The place was clean and sanitized. 5/5
