Took 20min to get a drink, when i asked for food bartender said and i quote let me ask if he can do it because his off in 10min. Why should you have to ask the cook to do his job ?
Worst service ever!!! 15 minutes to get a menu with 3 bartenders and a server walking around. Who never came to our table
There was about 25 of us and we Only gave about a 2 hour notice before we showed up. Angela was our waitress and she was awesome. The service was great, the food was great, and we had a section all to ourselves! Awesomeness.
Services decent, though sometimes there can be a long gap between drinks. And happy hour is pretty decent price.
Waited over 5 minutes and were never acknowledged! Left after saying “Thanks for nothing”. A woman behind the bar actually said “Thanks guys”. Totally clueless!
Food not so good. Service iffy if you not a regular. Happy only 50% of certain drinks only now. We won't be back.
The pub club sandwich was delicious and the happy hour is great for your drinks highly recommend this place fantastic!!!
Unfortunately a terrible experience. Walked into a cloud of smoke from about 15 people smoking at the bar. Went and sat down in the restaurant area to have another 2 people smoking there and about three more at the pool area. Found a set of fake eyelashes on wall above the dirty table no one had cleaned off from previous guests. Waiter took about 5 minutes to come take a drink order. We placed our food order of an app and two burgers. It was us and two other people in the restaurant area. After waiting about 35 minutes for an appetizer and two burgers that never arrived and never got a drink refill we ended up walking out.
I like this PT location. The food is good, the service is friendly, good and helpful when you need it. The crowd is usually well behaved. The thing that bothers me the most is the lead bartender. He never wants to wear his mask right. Sometimes he'll pull it down and lean across the bar to talk to you. Not good. I like the rest of the place, so I go and try to let other people take my orders and make my drinks.
Great locals enjoy the gaming area and enjoy the drinks ? especially during happy hour ?. I’ve had the food there but it has been a very long time since I ate dinner ? and it was delicious ?
