Asked for 3 chicken sandwiches 2 spicy 1 not spicy, and a box. Got 4 spicy and 0 pickles. Felt like the pickle guy on spongebob but I'm not about to go back. They got the box meal right so that's cool. Go to the West Craig location 2 minutes away instead.
I am amazed by this place. I've received excellent service from Myracle who gives this "fast food" store a homey, friendly feeling.So far I've been lucky enough to avoid the main dinner hour. Coming in between 3:30 - 4:30 works well for me and I rarely wait except a few minutes while they prepare my order. KFC & Church's have absolutely lost this customer. The only drawback is that their sides are EXPENSIVE !! But that's ok. That's what microwaves are for. Right?Oh, btw, don't forget to get the biscuits. These things are marvelous! They're not sweet and they're solid. Yummy !! They're expensive, too but worth treating yourself.
Just stopping in to say thank you for the service I received at your location tonight. I ended up at the Craig Rd. location after waiting in line at the Deer springs location for 40 minutes and had to leave without placing an order. You can see my review on their Google reviews.When I arrived you all had the same number of cars in front of me as the precious location. The difference was that I was able to order, pay, and leave with my food in appx 15 minutes. The staff still had a smile after a long shift and I can't tell you how much I appreciated the service. Keep up the amazing work!
We went to the location on North 5th and 215 and they were taking forever. Place was filthy and the employees inside had ZERO sense of urgency. Drive through had at least 20 cars. So I decided to leave and come to this location. Single best decision I've made in a month. Staff was so friendly and the place was clean. They were all working hard and our food was amazing. I could not be happier with this location and if you are thinking of going to North 5th DONT!!! Worth the extra drive to get better service and fresh food.
Usually pretty spot on with the drive through, but today they were all over the place. I ordered an 8-piece with Cole slaw being my large side and had also asked for two individual chicken breasts for my mum. They got the 8 piece itself right, but they gave me rice and beans instead of Cole slaw, and Cajun fries instead of the two chicken breasts. After getting home and realizing the error, my mum ordered a 4-piece meal to make up for the drive through error. It was supposed to be one of each piece of chicken in a 4-piece. They instead gave her three wings and a breast.Major fail tonight on the drive through.
It is my opinion that they are living off of the name they once Built-in the South it taste a bit better but here the size portions are small and the food has gone drab and plain or or it's just spicy but no flavor. Krispy Krunchy Chicken At Cheyenne and Simmons inside the Chevron Has amazing chicken and biscuits. No one is touching them yet on flavor or crunch if you find someone let me know. This is what they mean when they say it's all good in the hood!
The customer service, or lack of, is what I would like to mention. First, the order was taken incorrectly. Once at the window and that issue remedied, we found the price was overcharged. When mentioned to the young lady, she just stared, folded her arms as if to say take your bag and keep driving, which we did. I looked at the receipt to find that she had charged more for one of two exactly identical meals. As regards the lady with the folded arms and attitude in the window, not professional! As far as overcharging and not owning it, that's on you and management if you have a conscience.I'm "giving" 4 stars for the persons who prepared the food. And no, I will not be a tag-a-long to Popeyes in the future.
This place needs to be shut down. I ordered a meal and when it gets to me; after paying, there is no drink, the Uber driver won’t go back due to other orders. And when I call at 8:40 PM your answering machine of course explains how I can’t speak with anyone or leave a message. My Spicy Chicken sandwich was a dried up bird leg smashed together.
If I could give this review 0 stars I would. The order taker was very rude, she was rushing me to order, over talked me several times. Forgot one item (glad I caught it before I left the window). Ordered a 4 piece kids meal chicken nugget for my grandson. Got it home and my daughter gave it to my Grandson not even 5 or 10 minutes and my Grandson starts violently throwing up everywhere. My daughter called back up to the store to let them know and the gentleman on the phone got very rude with her telling her the rest of the apple sauce was fine and that maybe my Grandson was allergic to it or didn't like it. Sorry but my grandson eats apple sauce on the regular with NO ISSUES at all.
Food was good, but took a long time to order & get food, we were there almost a hour for two chicken sandwiches and 2 small frys. There is no sense of urgency with employees. Tables were dirty.
