This has always been a good Pizza Hut pickup/delivery depot for the 4 years I have been coming here. I think there was a recent management shakeup there (retail, go figure) and there was some adjustment but that was 1 time. My food was hot and ready and yummy.
One of my pizzas was missing from my order. Driver said he forgot it. My other food was cold by the time he returned. I spent 70 bucks and had a terrible experience, I won't be returning there are just too many other choices out there.
We ordered pizza two days ago, and unfortunately the order was completely wrong. We tried to call and email but nothing would go through. Disappointed but that's okay, mistakes happen.
I use to order from here so often but they stopped cutting the pizza all the way through. Its very annoying having to rip pizza apart and have half the toppings fall on the floor. Well decided to order from here again tonight... well tonight they didn't cut the pizza at all. Sorry but how do you send an un cut pizza to a customer.. don't think I'll be ordering again I'll just go domino's
This location is always my go to pizza place. Most of the time the food is made to order and very good. I will still use them even though my last order was missing an ingredient. Always check your order prior to leaving to ensure you're getting what you ordered. I have found this is a good rule to follow at all food places where you're unable to watch them prepare your order.
Pizza is not just pizza every place has its own flavors and quality of ingredients definitely makes the difference. The pizza here is very good. I came in for the family meal box and i was impressed it was a perfect amount to feed my family of 7. You get 2 rectangular shaped pies your choice of sides but i chose the cheese bread and chicken Alfredo. The pasta was actually way better then i expected, i really it. Keep up the good work guys service could use a lil more friendliness but hey its service none the less
Just had one delivered and remembered why I stopped going here. Usually, the pizza is underbaked to the point that the whole slice droops and everything falls off it. CS at the store have told us it's because there are "too many toppings"....which is odd because Super Supreme is a standard Pizza Hut offering. Today? Barely any cheese on it and the hand tossed crust looks/eats more like a reject thin and crispy. In a word: dry.It's inconvenient but carry out at 5th and Commerce is vastly superior to carry out and delivery at this location.
Placed my order of 12 wings 40 minutes ago, I went to pick it up and they gave me someone else’s order. I’m not mad that they most likely switched my order I’m upset that they lied to me about it and told me it’ll be another 10 mins.. I’ve spent 20 years in the food and beverage industry so I know how long it takes to make 12 wings I also know if I’m being lied to.I went back to Pizza Hut here at 3000 Ann Road after an hour and they still didn’t have my order ready.. I WANT MY FULL REFUND BACK ASAP!
Pizza ordered never received. Was suposed to be delivery, but was told it was carryout even after adding tip to driver???
Not only did this pizza hut leave out half my order, but one of the delivery drivers informed me and about 6 other people that they aren't enforcing the one person in the lobby at a time rule, so I was second in line waiting for the rest of my order they forgot, having to go inside with all these people into the world's smallest waiting area during omicron. The lady that worked the front was very professional and nice, at least.
