After placing our order we waited out front of our house close to the time our pizza should be arriving once having waited passed the time we called them to figure out what happened with the order and they stated they arrived and no one answered when I was waiting down there outside when they stated the time of arrival there would be no way I had missed them. Then they stated it was canceled because of this completely unhappy being that my toddler was really excited for pizza. last time ordering from here very poor service on their end. They even asked me to place the order again after losing your customers trust im sorry but solid NO.
The 2stars are for the delivery driver being quick.We are new too this area and we love pizza hut so I ordered. The pizza had an OLD taste. Like the ingredients were in the refrigerator too long and took on the other odors. The pizza sauce had a very tangy tart taste ( I know tomatoes sauce can be tart) but this was RIDICULOUS. I was VERY unsatisfied. This pizza was gross. Even the kids didn't want it. Sadly the only good thing was the bottles of Pepsi we bought. I will NEVER order from here again. SAVE YOUR MONEY??
I order regularly from this location but the pizza has gone from bad to worse. The last 2 orders have been very dry, no sauce and hardly any cheese. Even on The "cheese" pizza. It's starting to taste like the $5 carryout from Little Ceasars. I think I'll start ordering from elsewhere going forward.
Pizzas were subpar. We did not enjoy them. We asked for extra cheese, did not look like it. Skimped on all ingredients, and was very dissatisfied with the looks of our order.
My order was wrong. They informed me it would take 1 1/2 to fix it but not to touch the pizza they got wrong. I was having a sleep over for children and that was to.long of a wait. They said it was nothing they can do for me which I found unsatisfying
Updated: I was pleasantly optimistic when Pizza Hut replied with an offer to correct the issues we had in early January. I replied with the requested information TWICE and still have not been contacted. It appears as if the reply was an effort to save face on a public forum, and not a genuine attempt to correct a problem.The pizza did not taste fresh. My guests threw most of their pizza into the trash, which was very disappointing as the hostess. We ordered pizza to celebrate a special event and the choice of Pizza Hut did not deliver.
The pizza was hot and delivered to my car shortly after arrived. When I got home the pizza was delicious, the best one yet.
My dad has a lot of food restrictions and I know I can always depend on his pizza coming exactly how we ordered it.
The pizza was very good and fresh as well as the boneless wings. The food was delivered very fast and professionally and the driver followed the delivery instructions perfectly.
The delivery person was timely, efficient and courteous. The product was hot and delicious ? This stuffed crust pizza ? looked just like in the commercials.
