I love the Pizza Hut location! Thank you Ty for being so awesome always and my last experience I received wonderful customer service from Tracey as well.I have lived in this area for a while but would drive to a different Pizza Hut because the service was not good and the pizza barely had toppings and was sloppily put together. Keep up the good work team!
0 stars waited over for a delivery that never came , called multiple times and they can’t explain the reason, they said they canceled it but the order on the tracking said it was still being made , they are just lost at this location crevice is horrible
Food came 2 and a half hours late , I called for an update and the phones answering machine came on and said they were closed and to call during business hours the next day yet it was only 9pm. I ordered at 7:30 I did not receive my delivery until 10:16 pm. The pizza was cold and the toppings were burnt!
It always takes at least an hour to get a pizza from here. Pizza is freshly made since you have to wait 30 minutes past estimated time and your there when it comes out.
I’ve had some good customer service here and some absolutely horrible customer service too where it took me over a year to come back to THIS PH. The last time I did she was great but unfortunately I still can remember vividly the terrible encounter I had previously that led us to start ordering elsewhere. It was rarely about the food or quality but customer service which there is never a reason to be ugly to a customer. If you’re having a bad night you swap places or don’t answer phones, there are places that don’t deal with the public while in PH.
Ordered online and had to wait 6 mins to receive my food. There was a guy there before me as well. He had been there with an order placed online. I came after the app said it was ready. Pretty sure youre supposed to be in sync with the app. Toppings look good despite others comments about them being stingy. All in all okay. I guess wait an extra 10 mins after your order is 'done'. Just to be safe. Shouldnt need to though
We was first told they couldn't hear to give another lady who could, then could to could at times, didn't give senior discount, they said we couldn't get all hot and spicy, had to get half pepperoni and half chicken, then was told they dont deliver, I had to pick up, to get the and see delivery guy come through the door. Plus it was warm not hot. Hot mess.
I ordered a pizza and wings from this place online and was a little offset when I saw that the employee's were not wearing gloves. I ordered 2 pizzas 1 was pepperoni and pineapple with light sauce on pan crust the second was pepperoni on staffed crust light sauce. When we got them the 1st one had no sauce at app and the 2nd had pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeños. I think following order directions is where your staff can improve, making sure the customer gets what they pay for and not have to wait for a new order to get done and have one of their pizzas get cold while the store correct their mistake.
