Horrible Customer Service I placed my order got a text saying it was canceled but clearly the money was already taken off my card so I call to see what was going with the order had to call 3 times before my call was answered an informed of no delivery driver for 20 mins after I already 25 mins they said it would take so I told them since the pizza was still there I went to pick it up got there in 10 mins to find out pizza was gone while I was at the pizza place delivery driver was at my house trying to get paid for a pizza I already paid for online Horrible exp
Would be 4 stars but I received the wrong pizza at closing so I couldn't reach the manager to notify them of the mix up, I'll still order from here cause I normally get my correct order.
Horrible experience with what will be my last order of Pizza Hut. Order placed at 7:10pm and I did not receive it until 9pm. Starting at 8:20pm I attempted to call the store three time only to sit on hold for over 15 minutes twice before giving up and being disconnected immediately when going through the menu like I was placing a new order. Don't order from here if you are hungry unless you plan to eat something else before it arrives.PS the food was lukewarm and so was the 2 liter of soda.
I had to cancel and request a refund because my pizza never showed up. The tracker kept showing out for delivery. When I called to request a refund, the workers kept putting me on hold and transferring me. They would put me on hold for a long time and not even pick up every couple of minutes to let me know if they were processing my request or not. I had to hang up and call back about 4 times. Awful customer service!!!
Called over the phone to place an order. Ask for the specific location and the woman says yes this is the store. It will take 15 min. Sure no problem, go inside the store and they don't have my order at all. So I have to make another order she says she's the only one here. Mind you when I went to pick up my food another woman just came in and cut in front of people who were already there. To place an order . Fine whatever I called over the phone to pick up my pizza Then when I looked up the number to make sure I called the correct one... Bingo this is the correct one. Called to ask what happend and got hung up on. Pizza Hut.. really??
Literally the worst experience with a pizza hut. They hung up on me 3 times so I decided to go down to the location. I get there and the manager Dan is telling two employees right in front of me that they have to pay for sodas that weren't delivered to a customer. I'm sure the owner Ken is a cheapskate trying to pinch every dollar where he can. Even from his employees.
It was a hassle placing my order. It sounded like the phone was answered in India! Lol I asked several times to connect me to this actual store, then after asking for all of my information they connected me to a store in Orlando Florida ? I hung up & called dominoes
My wife ordered a Pizza, then at 8:51pm we get a text saying the Pizza is out for delivery. 9:41pm no call no text so I call to see what's going on with the delivery and the manager MACA said they didn't have our apt number lol then the driver calls my wife's phone to say the same thing but the driver could've called to ask for the apt number but the manager and the driver wanted to use an excuse why they're slow ? and we're 4mins down the street ? I know we're not the only delivery but sheesh they don't have the 30min delivery or the pizza is free ? Should've had patience and went to Papa John's ?
The pizza was barely warm..closer to cold and it took 1.5 hours to get it.
The management and managers at this place are HORRIBLE. All they do is yell at their employees and do nothing to help the situation.Waited over 2 hours for my food just for it to be wrong. No compensation at all. Managers dont do anything to help the situation at all. They need to be fired.Quentin working the register was nice and friendly
