Pizza wasn't fresh, took hour plus to arrive, most importantly they "forgot" my eight piece wing after spending 47 dollars! What happened to quality checks? Called to let them know and got put on hold for ten minutes, I told myself imma stop wasting my time with these "throw whatever together" pizza places... Take my advise look around and find a REAL pizza spot
After waiting over an hour for our order, we were delivered the entirely wrong order. Still sitting on the phone trying to call them to let them know and have been waiting for someone to answer for 15 minutes. We have never had any issues with this store until now. And then when they finally answered we got hung up on.
Was told they were getting ready to close so I couldn't have a delivery even though they were open for two more hours and then they told me they didn't have a driver and then they told me they that I couldn't do a pickup and then they hung up on me twice I walked down there and they were loading deliveries into a car a few employees just standing around doing nothing person who took my order was rude and it was an overall terrible experience tried to contact them online never got a response extremely disappointed in their customer service
We did a order and and it took us 1 hour and 40 minutes to come and leave it at our house and when he came we where about to take the pizza and my father said to him that it took him 1 hour 40 minutes and he answered with okay if you don't like it then go pick it up. I honestly hope this place get shutdown because it has a horrible service they don't answer the phone calls at all I'm honestly wish the worst for this place. And in the end we didn't even get the food, This is honestly the worse service I have gotten in years.
Staff was rude when I called to tell them the pizza was cold and they forgotten the drinks. Refused a refund or to bring replacement.
The Pizza Hut I go to has always had the Pizza ready for me to pick-up and the pizza is always hot.
Didn't go inside to eat but it was fast and the food was good
Pizza Hut has bad service, that mess up on my order 2 times in a roll and they need to stop letting door dash delivery their food because they are not doing a good job food was over hour later and the order was missing items.
I have always ordered here but today my order was horrible. The pizza tasted awful like re- heated pizza instead of being fresh made. I know how the pizza should taste when it's fresh made and pizza's were not fresh made. This will be the last time I order from pizza hut.
I love pizza hut just disappointed that i didnt receive my order last night..im assuming it was delivered to tbe wrong address..
