Normally this Papas is good but I can not say that today. I am sick so a friend picked up my order. My 2 pizzas were hardly cut and the cut didn't go all the way through so we had to hand pull it. No butter sauce or peppers either. I'm guessing they have new help by the looks of it. Hopefully it gets better next time.
They are very stingy on tomato sauce and toppings here. Only half of my pizza was actually a pizza the other half was basically cardboard
Got a free pizza coupon in the mail because pizza showed up last time cold and not on time. Same thing happened tonight
ordered here once and will NEVER do so again. they can't get orders correct and the quality is horrible. we gave them three chances to get our order right and they failed every time, on a simple cheese pizza. how hard is it to check what pizza is going into a box? not hard. go to a mom and pop shop that is run by adults and not underpaid kids.
I ordered X large veggy pizza and paid 30.00. When I went home and opened the box, I saw a 15 inch pizza. I went back to ask what happened and I was threatened by staff. I no longer patronize ALL PAPA JOHNS. Overpriced and extremely poor customer service.
Took an hour and a half to let me know they are short on drivers and I had to pick up my own pizza after paying for delivery. They did offer to re- make it but I had to pick it up. Yes, I made the mistake of saying yes just to be disappointed when I arrived as they did not put the pizza into the oven until I got there.
Employee high AF touching food then money at the register ringing people up then back to the food w no gloves on and did not wash his hands. Disgusting. Never went back...
Messed up an order. Took 2.5 hours to fix the order. Said that I can get a free pizza but I must call the store directly. I called the store and after over 25 minutes listening to a papa johns bacon papadia recording the phone was answered by a toddler and a minute later the phone was taken by an adult, presumably, and then subsequently hung up.
Placed an order over the phone after waiting on hold for 15min only to have the delivery guy not even deliver all my food after we waited over an hour for the delivery. Then tried calling to get the missing food brought back and was on hold for another 30min and then the phone just hung up. The wife had to drive to the store in order to get the food that was missing. Getting in touch with someone over the phone is impossible. Don't waste your time
