Ordered a pizza and 2 papadillas. What I got was a pizza and for each papadilla 4 more slices of pizza thrown on top of each other to attempt to make it a sandwich. It's like I ordered a papadilla through WISH. This was supposed to be their redemption from the 3 hour delivery a month ago.
I've ordered from this particular location three times. First time was great. The second time came 2 and half hours late. The third time I got the wrong order and literally an empty box. Talk about crazy
This is literally the worst place to order pizza from. Third time I’ve tried and the wait time said 40 minutes and we are looking at 2 hours now with still no pizza.
This company charged me for 3 pizzas that were NEVER delivered!!!!! Then have the audacity to tell me that they refunded my order in cash to whomever I sent to the store. First of all never sent anyone to the store to get a charged from my credit card refund because I don't know anyone in Las Vegas, second when a credit card is charged and a refund is issued it goes back to the original form of payment not cash. Also why would you not ask for identification when handing over a supposed cash refund? Poor business practices. I would also like to add that that the driver was rude when speaking to him on the phone who the manager thought would be a good idea to put in the phone and let him be rude and sarcastic with a customer. I have a video doorbell camera as well so I have proof that there was never a delivery made AND I live in a gated community so he would've had to contact me to be let in the community in the first place! I've never received a email receipt saying that the charges on my card were reversed from them, never stepped foot in the store and they are still REFUSING to refund my ONLINE order that was paid with a credit card and not with cash! Their policy is per the store manager at this location is not to give refunds. Poor business practices all around! Poor customer service, poor company policy, and they need to re-evaluate who they hire! Needless to say I will never give Papa John's my business EVER again. There are plenty of other pizza companies. Never in my life have I ever had such an issue with getting a refund. People I highly advise you to choose a BETTER pizza company. Now let me find corporates number. Also wish I would've looked at these reviews first.
Horrible horrible service! I ordered 3 pizzas at 614. At 803 I was delivered 2 boxes of bread sticks! When I called to complain I was told it was Uber eats fault! When I told her she should complain she said that I should. But I didn't order thru Uber, I ordered thru the website. She acted like she was doing me a favor by correcting the issue all while yelling at what sounded like a bunch of children in the background!!! Highly disappointed.
I decided to try this pizza joint since I've never had papa John's. I placed an order online. 10 minutes later I received a notice that my order was ready to pick up. I thought that was weird since it usually takes about 30 minutes to pick up from other pizza places. I went to go pick up the pizza and it turns out the dough was under cooked. I have a feeling they rushed to get the order out but didn't check if the food was cooked properly. I may give papa John's another try in the future but it may be a long while.
I have ordered from here three times and two of three times including today, I purchased a 2 liter and never received it along with extra garlic sauce.
I was extremely upset regarding my pizza because it was wrong when it came. They sent a second one and Christopher delivered it. He was extremely upbeat, courtesy and polite. He was very apologetic about the first pizza and what happened. He was so nice that he turned my frown upside down. Thank you Chris for your amazing customer service.
Ok so Pappa John's sends me a free pizza offer to give them a second chance... Ok I take the bait and choose a entirely different location since the other one sucks! Well I'm 45 min. Into my carryout that the tracker says is done and ready to be picked up but it's still in the oven! You seriously don't even deserve the one star you got! It didn't have the extra pizza sauce I ordered and the pizza was pretty dry and kind of tasteless. At this point Pappa John's I gave you another chance and y'all totally blew it! Your Vegas locations are a joke and sub par at best. Your out and pizza hut is in!!! Oh and by the way it's been almost a hour now and I'm still waiting.
Disgusting! Filthy! Unsanitary and the pizza is gross! This place is horrendous from flour on the counter, trash on the floor to about 10 employees walking around aimlessly avoiding the customers who are waiting. It’s so bad OSHA needs to get involved! I used to love Papa Johns, however after my experience today I no longer even want a slice of their pizza ever! This location should be shut down for everyone’s safety.
