Everything was burned and dry and ice cold and the employees are rude and just don't care about anything they rushed me and my family and I just wasn't happy and I wanted hot food but I didn't get that I got ice cold food and my husband and I and my family couldn't eat anything it was hard and dry and cold and nasty. It's not ok and after paying all that money for what not good food. I'm angry.
I didn’t care for the service and the food looked and ended up tasting horrible. I feel like I wasted my money and honestly wish I had just gone to the nearby In and Out. Don’t recommend this Panda location.
Had simple order at drive thru during my lunch time which is an hr I stopped to eat my food and no fork or anything inside what am I supposed to eat my food with? My fingers? And don’t have time to head back for a fork.
Seem like all you guys make is sugary orange chicken and teriyaki NOTHING ELSE . Drive though slow this location is just terrible I’ll drive to the one on centennial than to come back to yall. Rice and chowmien always dry and taste burnt ! Take off that tough broccoli and broccoli cause it’s not beef and broccoli off ! And put mushroom and pepper chicken back on !
Went through the drive thru...was told I had to wait 10-12 minutes for teriyaki chicken. I was an instructed that I could either go through the 10-car long drive-thru again or pick it up inside. When I picked it up inside, the lady put it in the bag sideways. And this is what I get to come home to. The food has good flavor however the quality of the service is unacceptable.
Food was so FRESH & TASTE SO GOOD. FOUND THE BEST PANDA EXPRESS IN TOWN. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING & VERY POLITE. THANK YOU SO MUCH. OH & SUPER CLEAN TOO..??
I’m generally nice and don’t complain however, the drive thru staff was rude, rushed the order, kept talking over me and got the order wrong to top it off. If you are going to be fast be efficient too. The portions were ridiculously small, they didn’t even fill the kids boxes with the small amount of food. The orange chicken was spicy so then my kids didn’t even eat it. they put no meat in one of the orders. There was literally no chicken at all. Bad service, rude, wrong order, mixing of ingredients and then after 40 $ of food I get attitude for asking for sweet and sour sauce. This location is trash. Don’t waste your time here find a different location or don’t go at all. No better than McDonald’s now a days.
I ordered chicken teriyaki bowl so tell me why all I got was chicken no teriyaki! If you guys can’t bother to remember the teriyaki sauce in the bag, you should just put it on the chicken then instead of on the side ?♀️like come on
Usually I like their food but today they have so much cabbage in their noodles that it taste just like cabbage walnut shrimp was dry orange chicken was okay but it looks like they're pour some smaller too you guys can do better than this
My daughter loves this place, she thinks this particular location is pretty good as well. I'm not a huge fan and, DEFINITELY have to be in the mood for it if I do eat it. Overall Panda Express is a winner in my family.
