Drive thru girl is so rude and spilled the drink on me every time I go she never placed the cup lids on correctly. I just went and of course she got raspberry ice tea all on my arm and leg and she hands me 2 napkins to clean it all up so I wipe my arm and hand her the napkin back to put in the trash can and she just holds her hands away to not grab it. SmhAnd then to top it off I get home and of course my orders wrong and in complete, I paid for a bigger plate with king pao chicken and double orange chicken but I only got 1 side of kung pao chicken…. No orange chicken at all… it’s always something wrong through drive thru. When u go inside to eat it’s ok.

Sad to say this was the worst experience I've ever had there. I waited for an 20min so they could prepare some fresh stir fried rice and when I got home the Honey Walnut shrimp was not cooked, the coating was half off every piece. I had to finish cooking them and almost a tablespoon of oil cooked out. VERY GROSS! Also the "Teriyaki chicken had no flavor and was like rubber. I could go on but just take a tip from me and save your time, money and gas and chose some place else. You'll thank me later. We ended up throwing away the rest of our order which cost $42.27,such a waste.

This location on W. Craig and Scott Robinson is the cleanest Panda’s that we’ve been to in a while. Every employee was friendly, the food was delicious, and did I mention it was sparkling clean. Kudos to each and every employee! Keep up the great work, good food and wonderfully clean atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back! Corporate should give y’all a raise for being awesome and for taking pride in your craft. I don’t usually take pictures but, like I mentioned, this place was sparkling clean!

Most smallest portions ever. Asked for 4 different type of sides. None were available. Finally got string bean and chicken. And only got 2 small pieces of chicken and the rest green beans. Most worst portion small amount of noodles maybe 5 fork lifts.

Ordered two plates through Uber eats and sent me a notification saying it was ready. once I’ve gone there to pick up my order it wasn’t ready, then had to wait an additional 40 minutes for them to just keep checking popping open my order 10x to see if everything was correct. My order had been Already been ready and they still had my order sitting there for the longest for them to keep checking if it’s right. Employees had me waiting for no reason And still managed to mess up a simple order. At this point employees should focus on getting the orders right and get them out as soon as they can. Not only that, as I was eating I found a metal scrub piece that the employees use to clean the stove tops. Unpleasant visit to panda. Last time I go to this location ??????

Very small portions especially if you go to drive thru. I got a bowl with rice and honey sesame chicken and I only got five small pieces of chicken. If I ever get orange chicken it's always burned for some reason. Do not go to drive through because the portion you'll get will be ridiculously tiny!

Panda Express don't deserve any stars. They are so greedy &,stingy with scooping small portions in their over priced menu. If they don't want the food over scoop & makes it look messy Manufacture bigger jumbo box plates. They train their people to scoop smaller portions and what's even embarrassing they rescoop some of it out of the plate while you're standing right there looking right at it awwww errrrkks my nerve.

If you get there when they open, plan to not be let in because their manager isn't in yet or the food ready isnt at 10 am. Also when you order something that isn't ready the cooks shake their heads, roll their eyes and take 25 minutes to make your plates. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had. Still going to continue coming back to make the cooks actually work on the job they chose!

Do not go here. We ordered at drive up. She said OK and we pulled up to 2nd window. As I handed her the money she said "we don't have any kung pao chicken. It will he 7-8 minutes. Then she said, drive back around. We did. When we got back around she said it's not ready yet. Park in front. After 13 minutes my wife went in and got our money back. At that point they were saying 5 more minutes. My issue is, they dont tell you there is a problem until you get to 2nd window. In fact she was holding our money in her hand when she told us. This is at 1230 pm. Prime time and this happened. Don't go there!!!

bad experience, poor service, small portion, really needs to put more attention at large orders (6) I hope the next time I visit, they have a nicer attitude
