Way to aggresive with the "Donation" panhandling. You get asked for a donation at the speaker + at the window... And its the same thing everytime i go there (which is almost every other day before i go in to work). + the fried rice is digusting. Its MUSH every single time i order it, with the consistency of mash potatos.Id rather leave my house a early and drive down to the craig locationIf anyone wants to donate, give to actual organizations or someone in need.. Dont give to companies/corporations that are going to USE YOUR money as a tax break.
The service was kind of good. The cashier charged me $2.50 for medium drink which I had never asked her for. So I went back talk to some other person she called the cashier "Stephanie " told her she had charged me for something I never asked for. The cashier stared at but with anger. Which I don't care. But maybe I will never go back to that restaurant again.
I will never order from here again... I been here around 6 or 7 times and all the time they give me the incorrect order.. they are disrespectful plus today they couldn't take my order because was 9.29 and they open at 9.30 I totally get about the system but don't you have memory or at least paper so you can take my order and one minute latter I can pay you?!
No stars. Placed an order through Uber eats and the orange chicken tasted like tar, all burnt. Cream cheese rangoons all burnt as well. Asked for a refund and they wanted us to bring the food in the next day with a receipt cause they’re about to close. Like come on this is nasty.
Workers there don’t really know what they are doing, I ordered a combo meal with a drink later when they charge they didn’t add the drink and the beat explanation I got was that I was supposed to let them know that I wanted to include the drink on my order even tho from the beginning that’s exactly what I order.. they need more training cause that answer I got from the manager of the store.
Deliver for door dash the experience was awesome food was ready and they let me get a cup water without charging me.... Which a lot of other places don't do I literally ask another merchant could I just get ice in a cup that I had and they wanted a dollar so I appreciate panda
Good service just too little food I think they charge u for telling them what u want and every inch of toppings. Lol
The fire chicken and shrimp so good. This location be so packed but better then the one on mlk the mexican girls at mlk are so rude and jealous or maybe even racist one of them threw my food like I was a dog. I had to call her manager on her the next day!!
Spent $63 dollars and the food not only didn't have any flavor. Found a hair in my son's food. Told them and they did nothing to fix the situation.. I'm very disappointed in the whole service and environment.. they need now employees..
This time around the lines were extremely long.The lady wasn't paying attention she gave me the wrong food....I guess because she was trying to finish the looooong line..But afterwards food was good.
