I try not to post negative reviews but this was so disappointing. Not sure if this is supposed to look like this. I am so sad because I spent the money and I heard such good things about this place. What I received today was not good. I tried to look past how dark the crust was but couldn’t because I took one bite and it had a very burnt taste. The garlic knots were also burnt and hard as a rock.. Couldn’t eat the rest.

First visit here and I am impressed. I was told about this place years ago and just never came to try it out. I got the pork reigns pizza that my family could not wait to dig in to. We also got the garlic rosemary knots but I couldn't get a picture before they were gone! The crust is my type of crust, it is fresh, chewy, and you can watch your pizza getting made in front of you. It is naturally leavened, sourdough, so it has a unique and amazing taste. The best part is the cannolis. I love cannolis and typically go across town to get them. These are fresh and have pistachios on it. Delicious! This is an amazing hole in the wall place to visit.

I had really high hopes for this place after seeing so many good things about it, but I just couldn't enjoy the pizza.I got the classic comboFirstly, let me start off with the dough. The dough was actually pretty good. You can tell it had love put into it. They do mean it when they say the proof is in the dough. Everything else however is where it fell short. The sauce is quite simply just bland. I understand that traditional pizza sauce is made to be as simple as possible, but the tomatoes just didn't taste right. The sauce tastes just like your average canned tomato sauce. Definitely not what I want if I'm spending $30+ on a pizza. The toppings were also kind of off-putting. The pizza itself looked really great. But when I took a bite of the pizza, it felt like the toppings were barely there. The pepperoni and sausage were kind of just "there". No flavor from the meats at all.Overall, I don't think I'm ever coming back here for pizza. The price is about what you would expect from most pizza places, but I would rather buy domino's or pizza hut if I'm buying a pizza just for the dough.

Went for a slice, which is harder and harder to come by around here and was not dissatisfied. Cost 11ish for 2 huge Pepperoni slices but they filled up this 6’3” dude so no complaints from me. Peaceful place to eat ,I will be returning.

As someone who lives around New York I am always skeptical of pizza when traveling. I found this place because an article listed this as one of the top 100 pizza places in the country. I have to say it lives up to that reputation. It is a place I will 100% come back next time I'm in Vegas. The service was timely and friendly. My pizza was ready on time which lots of pizza places can't seem to do. The pizza itself was fantastic. The dough was chewy and has a bit of a sourdough taste to it. Good ratio of cheese and sauce. Everything worked well together. The pizza is cooked well and blistered perfectly. Overall an excellent pizza.

5 out of 5 is not enough I would rate this little whole in the wall no less than a 7+. For thos who have followed me or taken my evalutations and yried them you know I am right on. Food is amazing I love it great for date night or family night ten out of ten Stuffed wingz are good Mac n cheese good Pizza is great of course and the Garlic knots amazing and The Calzone so good big enough for 2 people

Got the house made meatball sub. Phenomenal. Monster slice combo was very good with customizable toppings for each slice. Got the Gio Salad on the side and the fennel was uniquely and surprisingly refreshing.

Fabulous pizza and beverages! We had the Margarita, Mushroom and onion and Hawaiian pizzas each was great but the crowd favorite, hands down was the Margarita pizza. The hand crafted drinks served in canning jars are fun, unique and delicious. Our favorite was the 50/50 Passion Fruit Lemonade but the Grilled Rosemary Lemonade was really nice too.We will continue to buy our pizza from the best place in the Valley! Mario the manager, and the rest of the staff were friendly professional and community conscious. Kudos for being so great!

Short: epic New York style pizza by the slice. Delicious, light crust and cheese blend. Tangy sauce with fresh basil for balance.I come here all the time. My favorite northtown pizza by far. It’s a little hard to find and park, but it’s across the street from the cannery and definitely worth it. These pies are noticeably prepared by experts and you can watch them be made from spinning the dough to be put in the oven. They have artisan toppings not commonly found in legitimately good pizza places like truffled eggs and white anchovies to name a few. Try the homemade lemonade! Comes in a jar with toasted rosemary. It’s amazing. In summary this is my regular stop to keep a good measure against all the other pizza places I sample around town
