This place has yummy sushi and food but I’m giving one star due to the fact that ever since my first experience here they have been turning away customers WAY before their posted last call/seating I called today at 8:30 to place a Togo order and they told me they were no longer accepting orders when the last call is 10! Also happened over the weekend as well we came to try and get seated and they turned us down at 9! Horrible horrible customer service and overall really do not think they care about their customers.

Super rude customer service! I would never come back here again, the fat Asian dude took away the menu even though we didn't finish looking through at it! 3/10 food because I went there before, 0/10 customer service! Way overpriced! Highly not recommend! Horrible, this guy should be fired! This is on Friday afternoon! If you don't want to be a waiter, don't be one. Bad place to enjoy the weekend with family! Go to different places! Just because this is the closest sushi place to Alienate, you should not treat customers horribly wrong and rude!

Great customer service. Amazing food, so yummy!!

Great food, service and great place

I wish that this restaurant was in Kansas. I've been craving it every day since I left Vegas. Great customer service as well. Loved the green tea ice cream!

Nigiri was fine. Most of the other items had zero flavor. And not much of a selection compared to most AYCE places. Also more expensive. 32$ person.

Namba Sushi was great! we definitely will be back. There are a lot of options and they are understanding of shellfish allergies. Great all you can eat sushi spot!

Finally got in here for lunch and was very happy. Got the all u can eat sushi and they met my expectations, great quality food. I can see why this place is so busy. We shall return since we're so satisfied.

We have been going to this location for sushi the past 10 years when it was known as Kaizen. It change names about a year ago but they kept all the great rolls and options. We have brought family here several times from out of town and they absolutely loved it.We returned yesterday, 2 months after our last visit, and it just wasn't the same anymore. The menu changed and many of our favorite rolls and side dishes were eliminated from the new menu. There were a couple of our usual staples but they were smaller in quantity than before. Some of the flavors were a bit different. The familiar tastes had altered. Staff was not as friendly as before, which is shocking because they're always so friendly and helpful. It could be they were having an off day and everyone was still adjusting to the new menu. At least, that's what we're hoping. We plan to give it another chance but we were disappointed in our experience last night. We're hoping to return and it'll be as wonderful as we as it always has been.UPDATE: Ok. We went back today with some friends and it was so yummy. We were skeptical about our visit but we were pleased to see the food was delicious. I only gave 4 stars because the menu selection is skimpy compared to how it used to be. Also, they've raised their prices for all you can eat on weekends to the dinner price. We do plan on returning again but it may not be as soon as we would like.
