This is a great McDonald's in the morning and afternoon time. When it hits 6 (the time everyone is getting off of work and hungry) the service goes down. Ask for a medium fry they gave me a small fry portion in a medium fry holder. Didn't notice until I got home. Got jipped basically I promise I wasn't eating an driving lol. Be careful CHECK EVERYTHING!!!!!
This location is great ? food is always hot and the lines always move quickly. The employees are friendly and efficient. I only stay away from this one after midnight sometimes they can have you waiting in the drive thru for a half hour.
Horrible service. Asked me to pull around front to wait for two sandwiches. I waited for 15 minutes, no one came. Then a girl comes up to me asking what my order was and was like “oh sorry I took that back inside” then she never came back with my food! After 30 minutes of waiting I just left..
I always have to pull around and wait for my food to be brought out from the drive through. Every single time.There is nothing “fast” about their service.I have to say “hello” 3 times before being greeted at the drive thru speaker…
Wouldn’t give me a receipt, wouldn’t tell me the corporate number, wouldn’t even tell me their store number. Crew was rude . Store is poorly managed . Nobody has any type of common sense .Happy meal box was covered in grease . I wanted a large drink with my kids meal they repeatedly gave me the x small . Your large cups are cheaper than your kids cups so I don’t understand the issue . All drinks are sold for one dollar anyways .They used two kid fry’s instead of combining and making one small fry , so again they aren’t worried about food cost .The problem could of been quiccly fixed but the girl on the headset wanted to say “who’s that? Don’t give it to her”Store is trash .
Was told they were closed during late night hours. Even though according to my knowledge it is open 24 hours. I wanted to give the employees the benefit of the doubt and everyone involved maybe they were just tired or something happened in the store. Right after they said this as I was finding another place to eat, I see a car pull up to the drive thru and I swear I saw them get food. If they want to act like they’re closed, at least commit to it.
Ordered through uber eats and it was missing items. My driver Keon had to buy those items out of his own pocket and come back. If you get him as a driver make sure to rate him 5 stars. As for this location. Pay attention to what you pack in each order. Since numbers matter so much, this location has earned their mediocre rating. If I could it would be negative stars.
This is the 3rd time I’ve gone to this location and my order is WRONG!I ordered a Deluxe quarter pounder with cheese, no mustard, no onions. Simple right?I guess not, because all I got was a cheeseburger with ketchup and one pickle, the second time in a row….
Totally stupid drive. I was next in line and cars in other lane would not let me merge. Rude and disrespectible. Got my burger finally dry and no ketchup. Horrible, don't go to this place unless you are looking to be disappointed, it sucks, 2nd opportunity I have given them and it still sucks.
I truly dislike this location the lines are always extremely long and the wait is even longer. If you’re doing any type of food deliveries service this is not beneficial to you at all. Because of how long you have to wait in the drive through, Night Staff is beyond disrespectful and careless.
