Avoid at all cost huge waste of time!!!!!!Terrible service can't believe you don't have anyone in the restaurant that can take a patrons order and cash transaction. You would rather take that order through the drive thru which is all backed up and 5 to 10 cars deep just wasting people's time. Then after you pay this terrible excuse of an establishment they make you wait around front for your food. You all need an education in customer service. On top of that thank you so much for the extra pickles a whole whopping 1 pickles place is a joke.
What is this? This is supposed to be a QPC! This is unacceptable. If they give attitude about the refund, I'll add it to this review. Edit: I got the refund but no acknowledgement, no apology, no attempt to make it right, no eye contact, no words, so no reason to ever go back.
Ordered after 11 PM here a couple times and both times , I’ve been disappointed. Waited in line for about 20 minutes only to get a cold/old burger and fries. Asked for fresh fries ? and instead of dropping a fresh batch, they refried the fries that I complained about originally. Now I’m left with greasy fries that aren’t eatable. ??♂️
Waited 20 minutes for fast food. Nuggets underdone, fries stale and lukewarm. I’m not asking for fine dining,just what the standard is. My drink had an orange taste to it. I saw the worker dump out the cup of orange drink to fill it with Dr Pepper which I ordered. Like not a single thing was pleasurable except the fact they were at least open. I had to come here from another McDonald’s who said they were closed. This is all just so ridiculous. If McDonald’s all around is understaffed, and poorly trained just shut it down. Shut the store down for training and for hiring and for availability. If you can’t staff the over night shifts just don’t let the location be 24 hours anymore and communicate the issues. Hire me at this point to send out a letter or something.
My fourth visit to this store. The worst McDonald’s I have been to in the world including China and Russia. Buns are stale and crunchy. Burgers are burnt with charcoal black on the outside. French fries are cold. Every time!!! Someone needs to train these people.
It seemed the line was very long. It took 13 minutes to get to the speaker, then when we got to the window waited there 2 minutes. The personel working the window was pleasant but it seemed as though everyone one was confused or in chaos. Looking inside everyone was running in all directions 2 people actually ran into each other. I had 2 orders one with nuggets, one with a fillet o fish. The nuggets were fine, but the fillet was made special (adding pickles). When the fillet order was delivered it didn't have tartar sauce, so I had to go to the door, to which an employee just looked at me because the doors were locked. She finally opened the door and got a manager, told her and it was supposedly replaced. My wife bit into the new sandwich and said it was stale and old. (like it had been under the heater for a long time). They didn't open the door this time so I called, they said they could no longer open the door, and that we had to go through the drive thru. Funny enough there was another line but this one went through very fast (within 2 minutes). Told them what was said on the phone, the same individual from the window understood and took the bag to remake the order. The order came hot and fresh and it had fries (yay), problem was the fillet was overcooked, hard and crispy like popeyes chicken all of the way through the fish. She pulled it apart like a cracker. The pickles both times were dry like they had been sitting out. By that point the wife was upset and didnt care anymore. So we left.
Friday night crew at 10pm is horrid.They seem to be too busy playing around and talking instead of focusing on the food they are cooking.I’d normally never ever expect much from McDonald’s or their employee’s because it’s just fast food and you get what you pay for. But to be goofing around and serving undercooked meat because you’re not paying attention is ridiculous.Boyfriend ordered a Double Quarter-Pounder. Had to take off one of the patties. Last I checked, McDonald’s doesn’t ask you how you want your meat cooked. No one ordered a medium rare burger.Below is a picture of one of the pattie’s my boyfriend pulled off the burger and the other photo is the one patty left over that is actually cooked.
I think McDonald’s makes one of the best breakfast sandwiches and you can’t beat the price. This particular location seems to struggle with getting the order correct. I and the person I was with ordered the number one breakfast meal which is the Egg McMuffin. They got everything in our order completely wrong except for the hashbrowns. So I guess that’s good that it wasn’t completely wrong. And why in the world are they out of orange juice in the morning? I think you’re better off driving to one of the other locations that are not that far away from this one.
The customer service that the young lady Isabella gave me was incredible. Very nice and always hard working I always bring my children here and Isabella is always hard at work. And very nice my children love to say hi to her when we come in thanks for being a great person
I have finally given up on ordering from McDonald’s. Every time I order ranch as requested… I never receive it. I am missing (2) double cheeseburgers. My cheeseburger I did get, the bun is so hard it’s not even worth eating. You would hope a large business like McDonald’s would verify all items in the bag and the quality of the food they are providing. The quality of the items I received and the lack or caring to look has finally sealed the deal that my family and I will no longer be a customer.
