06/02/2022I got the chicken deluxe sandwich. It was fine. It was a bit busy. I took off one star because they didn't have a lobby person. It was really dirty.
Incompetent manager Johanna. I ordered from the kiosk. No recipient or number printed. My son told her that was our order. She told him he didn't have receipt so to bad. When I became involved she said we didn't pay. When I pulled up my payment transaction via bank she said it wasn't for her store since the order wasn't there. All while arguing with me for 10 minutes. Meanwhile the girl who originally called the order appeared with food which was cold. I had to ask for my receipt which was already thrown on the floor by said girl. The receipt has no contact info. Johanna says Eduardo is her manager.
I get off work late, and when I go to the drive-thru and I'm told that they reopen at 3:00 a.m. and it's 3:10 a.m. and they tell me we're closed that ain't cool it happens quite often sorry we're closed and it's the car in front of me. I like McDonald's and have them going to them for 55 years for sure so I think they could do something with the with your managing skills and help people better with the way they talk to people through the credit monitor. It would sure be nice it once in awhile that they gave out free hamburgers free fries of coupons come on McDonald's don't you think you made enough money over the years to afford once a year a throwback to the Big Mac the 50 cent Big Max or etc etc anyhow I too am in the restaurant business so I know what I'm talking about get it together you're slipping signed" The Hamburglar "& number one fan of all time!!!
Do yourself a favor and don’t come to this McDonald’s late night. They’re never open late night. Even though it’s 24 hours. Go to the Roberto’s right across the street, they’re reliable open 24 hours as stated on their website.
THE WORST MCDONALDS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. The staff is rude and they move as slow as molasses. I asked one of the workers if my order was ready and he looks at me, shrugged and said I don’t know. He then proceeded to tell another worker that I needed help and left to go do something else. I understand how hard it is to work at McDonald’s because I worked there for 3 years but I have never seen a store run like this. It is completely unacceptable. There were so many angry customers in the lobby and yet the kitchen was full golf more than enough staff to get all of the orders out in a timely manner. It got so bad that at some point a lady went up to the corner because she had been waiting over 30mins for 1 ORDER OF FRIES. Believe me it’s not worth your time.
I've been here 3 different times and each time the drive thru took 45 minutes to an hour. Definitely not "fast" food.
The kiosk wouldn't accept any card payments so I had to pay at the counter. NO ONE was manning the counter so I had to wait several minutes for someone to come and finalize my purchase. When my order finally arrived it was missing both hash browns that should have come with our Big Breakfasts. There was no salt, pepper, ketchup or jam in the utensil packets. The food that came was good.
Rude employees, wouldn't take care of customers at the counter, after 10mins I just walked out, but there were others saying the same thing...They need to learn customer service, just exnolage customers, just by saying be right with you in a min!!!!!
By far the dirtiest McDonald’s I have ever been to in my life. Trash literally on every table. Floors dirty like they haven’t swept or moped in days if not weeks.I get it times are tough but Jesus it shouldn’t take long to clear trash customers may have left on tables or to do a quick mop to clean the dirty floors. Truly unbelievable. If this is what the eating area looks like imagine what the kitchen looks like.Safe to say that this place would have failed a health inspection today.Do better.
I'm so disappointed.my orders is not complete. Think they forgot to put my bigmac and what kind of spicy chicken is this? There's no sauce and it's looks like disgusting..Mcdonald from nellis
