Would give zero stars if it was an option. We placed a mobile order en route. We arrived and nothing was ready. It was 6 am and we had to go through the drive thru to pick it up. We waited at the window and got water and a juice box, then had to pull forward to wait and when they finally brought out the food, we had none of the rest of our drinks, so back to waiting. The totalwait was just over 35 minutes. Not what I was expecting from a fast food restaurant where we ordered ahead with their app before even arriving.

I ordered a sausage McGriddle no egg the 2 for $2.50 sausage McMuffin and two hash browns a medium sprite and a medium orange juice. Recurved drinks but missing one sandwich and one hash brown, recieved egg on McGriddle and the sausage was over cooked and hard. No receipt either TERRIBLE SERVICE

Awful store. How can you forget someone you parked outside for 20 minutes just for a oatmeal? I could have went to the store and got it and brought it back home and made it myself faster. And then the only person to apologize for the wait is it off duty employee after I had to come inside and get the food that you guys forgot about. Nothing offered for the inconvenience. Just have me a refund and took the food away from me. I hope someone sees this

Very slow. I could not understand the order person in the drive thru. The person definately had a attitude. Oh did I mention how slow they are? The bag that my food order was placed in looked like it had been used before. Terrible place!

McDonald's is not my favorite generally but when on a road trip and in need of a quick bite of breakfast, it's nice to have a chain restaurant that we can count on for consistency and they didn't let us down. Hot, fast, & cheesy.

If you are looking for the worst customer service at a Mc Donald's, look no further. This place has the rudest employees who could care less about your visit or satisfaction.I had one person, a black woman with extremely long painted nails that was very nice to me. The other two I dealt with were just horrible. Basically throwing your food on the counter and turning you back. You have to stand and wait, hoping someone will finally turn around to get any condiments you might need. One woman when I finally got her attention she said "what?" I said hello over the counter to get her attention, she turns around and say "what?" Are you kidding me with this??? Other MCD's are busy and short staffed but the employees still treat you nicely. You get dirty looks and responses when you just ask for something you need with your meal. I've had the same type of customer service at this restaurant before but didn't choose to comment on it. A REALLY bad example of how a Mc Donald's usually treat it's guests. If you cannot get the people you need or quality staffing, you should close your dining room. It's that simple.

the people. Sandra the manager at the location on Cheyenne avenue needs fired for like the left 5 years

Do not go here. Spent 40 minutes stuck in the drive thru. They were literally taking there sweat time and had one car per order and at the window. My fries came out soggy and my burger was super oily. It will probably be better if you just find another McDonald’s to go to

The drive thru was a bit of a lengthy wait. My food was hot and tasty. The workers were pleasant, one greeted me with a smile while handing out the food.

Went here to get a Quarter Pounder deluxe and they sold me a burger with the paper cooked and attached to the meat still. Didn’t notice until I took a bite while driving and damn near wrecked because I felt this foreign object in my mouth and was shocked when I looked down. Has to hit an immediate U-turn and went back to the McDonald’s on Losee in Cheyenne. Upon the return of the burger the Manager acted shocked and surprised like she didn’t know what it was. They ended up fixing me another meal with fresh fries and OMG I haven’t had McDonald’s fresh fries and months the way they tasted. This whole time I’ve been given either cold fries or re-dipped fries. After this incident I went to Sam’s Club and got me a big pack of sirloin burgers for 20 bucks and the biggest bag of fries they had which was only $12 and decided to just cook my meals at home from now on!!
