The manager during lunch is excellent. She makes sure orders are done right and she keeps her staff moving. Some of the staff were talking while orders were ready! But she told them to talk later! Food is same as all McDonald's, which is what I expect, consistent food.
I orderd mcdonalds at 1:25 this morning. I received my order around 1:50 am i proceeded to go through my bag and find that im missing two fries along with . They put onion on my bacon mcdouble and only put one patty cheese and ketchup on both of my double quarter punders. At this point i get to the chicken nuggets and theyre old as life. So i call ask them to re make my order. I go up there at 230 in the morning to get my food that was remade the right way. Get home and discover my chicken nuggets were no longer in the bag. My bacon mcdouble still had onion on it and my double quarter pounders are raw.... and i bit into them. So i call 3 or 4 times for someone to pick up and not belive my story and proceed to ask me to come back at 3 in the morning? Whattt . Then proceeds to tell me to see the manager in the morning... cooperate should hear and see this
Do not go here drive a little farther to a different location.Been here like 3-4 times. All of which they where cash only through the drive through.Cash only!! What is wrong with you guys. The lady was also very rude about it. Snotty attitude.I understand but I’m be time but literally every time I try going here it’s the same thing.Seems like they are pocketing some of the “cash only” sales for themselves.
Everything went smooth. I placed my order at a kiosk due to there already being a line for the counter. Paid for and received my order to be on my merry way. This location could work on their cleanliness but other than that the customer service was great and my order came out correct.
I can not believe the amount of time we have to wait in line to order and to get the food. Worse Mcdonalds ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Didn't even gave me the sauce I order. Napkins or anything !!!
They are always friendly. I know they deal with a lot of homeless people/ people on drugs so keep that in mind this area is really bad tbh. My food always hot. And the young man working in morning is always patience when use my app coupons. I don't know your name but thank you!
Fries were soggy and my fish was hard. My iced coffee tasted like old leftover coffee from earlier. The coffee looked extremely dark even with four creamers.

Albert is AMAZING! TEAM PLAYER, attentive, friendly and hard working! He is a multitasker, all while being security! He made sure my food was fresh and cooked to order and helped orchestrate the bathroom being opened for all customers! BRAVO ?
