This McDonald’s is trash. They are slow, get orders wrong, and worst of all, they have terrible attitudes and customer service. My wife politely told the female in the drive-thru that the drink was supposed to be a large, and she replied “it says medium” and handed her a medium. The large fry was half full, we were missing a burger, and we asked for extra mayo on a Hot & Spicy and somehow got less mayo than usual. Corporate needs to crack down on this place.Go to the McDonald’s on Decatur/Lone Mountain instead.

I get that.Doesn't my money say I deserve a hot, fresh meal?Whichever time of day or night I decide to patronize McDonald's, I expect hot, fresh food and ice cold drinks.My fish sandwiches were hot out of fryer. Guess what, no tartar sauce.My fries were cold. Literally, cold.My Coke (I attempted to get a chocolate shake first but they'd already broken down their machine) literally had about 2 cubes of ice.Did I tell you that I waited in drive-thru 17 minutes?Not bad, huh?I WAS THE ONLY CAR IN THE DRIVE THRU! NO ONE WAS IN FRONT OF ME!Upon driving up to place my order, I heard, "We're only taking CASH orders."To which I replied, " No problem. I have cash."I was too hungry and too tired to complain to the manager. She was taking my order and "greeting" me.Well, I'm not sure I'd call it a "greeting". It was more like an fyi.Avoid this place like it's COVID ground zero.
Apparently I'm a gluten for punishment because this is the SLOWEST McDonald's ever!!!! I ordered a double cheeseburger that was cold with a slice and a half of cheese. To add to it, the rep forgot I was waiting to place my order....DO BETTER!!!!!!This is the Craig Rd and Camino Al Norte location
My order was wrong!! My double cheeseburger had zero onions the big mac had NO onions extra was ordered for both burgers both burger Patty's were OLD and both had NO onions and both burgers were fresh! And the frys were barely warm I tried calling and NO ONE answered the phone and the cheese burgers top bun was missing 1/3 of the bun like someone took 2 bites out of it. This mcds needs too get better and barely warm French fries come on MICKIE Ds YOU NEED TO DO BETTER !!
If I could give LESS stars or NONE I would! this Mcdonlds can't seem to get anything right ESPECAILLY their filet of fish! I asked that my order be cooked fresh not a fish that's been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. They made me wait in the pick up line because the order would take longer SO I'm thinking it will be piping hot! They brought my food to me and I drove home...WHOEVER made the order must've been mad they had to do a few minutes extra work because what I found with my filets of fish when I got home was horrible! THEY GAVE ME HEAT LAMP STALE FISH!! The fries were piping hot...The filets were COLD, STALE, DRY (not enough tarter sauce) NO CHEESE that it's supposed to come with and the two filet of fish meals Cost me $19.05!!! WTH! I could have taken my hard earned money ANY where to another restaurant but I chose Mcdonalds and got BURNED!!! DO NOT go here...matter of fact GO TO IN AN OUT BUREGER! I will NEVER spend my money at a MCdoanlds EVER AGAIN!!! DRY TASTELESS COLD STALE AND DID I MENTION "TINY" FILET OF FISH!!
Horrible service. After a 20 minute wait in drive thru after ordering and paying online we get to the window. They confirm the wrong order, then tell us another 10 minutes to wait. Either they never processed order or gave away weong one to others. The excuse was they were busy but all the cars before and after left with no wait. For sure wont be pre-ordering again, if you're not satisfied there is no refund.
Waited 30 minutes and didn't get food. Cashiers were busy bringing food to the car in front of me laughing and getting tips. All workers came out getting tips. They brought me the wrong food tried to give me 4 large waters... who orders that!!! Cashier and manager were laughing while making my food. When I asked for a refund the cashier got loud my son was with me and she said "he can get it too" Get what??? She refused to go to the back. Manager had no control
I know McDs is typically bad but this own particularly sucks. The lines were crazy long at 10PM and took 30+ minutes to even order. Then when finally got the food it was cold and there was a long piece of hair! Yuck ?
Absolutely disastrous. I've tried giving this location more than enough chances to provide even average service. Unfortunately they are unable to do so. At least one item is always missing from orders and this evening they gave my entire doordash order to another driver. Instead of trying to fix the problem they just canceled it and sent the new driver away. Keep in mind it took them 20 minutes to even inform the new driver of their mistake. Do yourself a favor and skip this location.
I have visted this restaurant a lot and the service is great they were fast and respectful. This problem I have is not with the employees but more the restaurant it self kinda. Me and my sister had normally ordered our food on the kiosks and got it and left, when we got home to eat while she was eating she found out the was a bone in her chicken nugget it wasn’t long but still enough to make us gag . I don’t know what this review will do really I just wanted to vent because this was kinda really nasty. The buffalo sauce is there for reference. This could have choked her since she still a young kid . I’ll give it 2 starts because again this only happens one in my of my time going there but still really scared me.
