Ordered bread sticks they were over cooked and hard. Pizza was under cooked. And the employees need to go and get training on greeting customers something as basic as saying hello and goodby maybe even thank you!!! This is what you get when a company hires young teens to work and doesn't take the time to train them!!!
Stopped by with my daughter to get a cheese pizza. Its about a 10 minute wait.Now i don't expect amazing pizza from this chain, but wow.It was terribly cut and the cheese wasnt distributed very well.
Ordered a stuffed crust pizza and this is what I received. Very disappointed in the lack of integrity at this location. Already decided not to return to any Little Caesars locations since this was the second time we had a problem with their food. I would be embarrassed if I served a pizza looking like this.
I ordered online so that by the time I arrived I could just pick up but oh no order was not ready. It took me thirty minutes to get my order due to adolescents playing around with each other, please hire employees willing to work.
If I could give a zero I would! Absolutely disgusting! Didn’t get my full order at that, pizza was old and cold, my wings were like they came out the freaking fridge. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! No one ever go there! They never answer the phone!
They sent a burnt Extra Most Bestest Pepperoni pizza. Tried calling to let them know(complain) but they don't answer the phone. I've been on hold for over 18 minutes. I should've had my kid pick up a pizza from Sam's Club!
The pepperoni pizza we got wasn't bad, it was cooked. However, the cheese pizza had absolutely no color on the crust. I've never seen a paler pizza. It was doughy, and didn't feel crisp at all. A 15 minute wait for an underdone pizza. We wouldn't have minded waiting longer, if that means the pizza comes out done. I come to little Ceasars to get a COOKED pizza at the very least.
Normally the service is great here when ordering on the app. The portal was either not working or they where not using it. I came to pick up my order after I got the notification that my order was ready. It wasn't. I stood inside for 20min waiting. Pizza was cold and my stuffed breat sticks where fresh. Thats just unacceptable. I normally have great service here. But today it definitely came up short
Would zero if I could. Waited one hour and got 2 emails saying the order was ready only to find out that they had skipped my order and made me wait for nothing. I get that they are low staffed but I can understand missing orders with that kind of lead time.
I ordered a pizza on 4/3/22 for delivery however my delivery was canceled. I paid 25 dollars which included a tip. I drove to Little Caesar on 5515 Camino el Norte in Vegas at 8:41, the restaurant I ordered my pizzas from and the doors are locked yet the signs say open. This is unacceptable. Once I receive their cooperation number I will be reporting them.
