The worst place to order chicken from. The guys that work there were so high and incompetent and slow. They didn't understand, they were all over the place got our order wrong 3 fkin times. The chicken was old no sides. Where is the manager at?. What happen to good customer service. ? They need to hire ppl who take there job serious and not just there for a check. I HAVE NOTHING GOOD TO SAY. NOT SORRY. PLEASE DO BETTER. THANK YOU. WE WORK HARD FOR OUR MONEY Only to be giving SCRAPS... This is the one on Cheyenne and Simmons
Went to this location because another location that we've attempted to go to twice was not open yet again when they were supposed to be walked in service was fantastic workers at the registers were ready to help they also added that they open at 5:30 a.m. food was fresh I could just comment on the side dishes they could fill the cups up a little bit more to the top other than that I'll definitely be returning
There were 5 people behind the register; yet it took 20 minutes before my order could even be paid for because the girl helping me kept jumping back and forth from the register to the slot machines and had me standing there forever. Then I finally get my order and this is the large fries I ordered. SMFH
You should seriously consider hiring someone who actually wants to serve the customers in the morning. I was here at 6:40 am and the dude was super slow. They had to scream “ORDER” several times for him to come do his job. He was going to get my order wrong until I corrected him. Didn’t offer any utensils for the honey biscuits and didn’t even hand me my dipping sauce either. The location in Summerlin is way better.

Krispy Krunchy fried chicken is always tasty and fresh any time of the day. I visited the location in North Las Vegas @ 6pm and there was an ample crowd of people waiting for their chicken orders. Unfortunately, the number of waiting customers did not prompt the employees to exhibit any sense of urgency. If anything, it seemed to slow down the process.Anyway, the orders were eventually bagged and the names were called. The 2, 3 or 4 piece chicken meals only includes a biscuit to make it a meal. A side can be purchased for $2.99 ea. There are a nice variety of sides that are typically seen at most chicken places. I had the 3 piece all-white meat and received a breast and 2 wings. The chicken was good and crispy and I ordered a side of mac and cheese. Maybe there are better times to go but when you go be patient as the food will be served and worth the wait.???
Food was definitely crunchy but oily. Taste like they need to fresh oil. Don't cook the fish and chicken 8n the same grease.

I admit the chicken is flavorful but they ARE NOT open 24hrs and today I bought a 3 piece, ate 2 pieces and found some type of bug embedded in the skin of the third piece. It instantly made me sick, they must have these bugs in their batter or something. GROSS!!!
It's good chicken if you have the patience to wait for it. They don't have allot of employees, and it's part of a gas station. So service is slow so have patience if you can, good chicken though.
