Terrible custom service!! The employees act as if you are bothering them when you go to place your order. Always rushing you to finish ordering. I see why there is never anyone in line!!
I rated today's visit a 2 only because I waited for more than 30 minutes on a 16 piece meal, but I was notified at the window. Despite that, the food was on point. I try to avoid KFC as much as possible because their chicken has not been A1 lately, but the kids love it there. Our original bucket of chicken was fresh and tasted very well seasoned. The fries were delicious as well as the biscuits. Overall, I would've given it 4 stars if I didn't wait longer than I should.
The food is pretty good. The delivery fast. But the last time I ordered the 8 piece side lovers meal, they gave me two sides of mashed potatoes instead of a mac n cheese side. Annoying. I found no quick way to correct the mistake for the on-line delivery order except maybe calling. I didn't want the hassle so far.
This is the most friendly KFC I have visited probably ever and they’re consistently friendly service is fast food is hot ready to go it was a super nice smile and always very pleasant the young men that work there are always very professional and friendly I gave them a five star
30 minute wait for breast and wings at 5pm with few cars in the drive through and people inside.
I was hopeful and I would rate it lower but I want to go on more time to be sure. I got a Nashville chicken and the whole bowl it came in was full of oil. Think about how much milk you put in your bowl. That's how much. Nasty. It smelled good
My family and I ordered 3 meal boxes; chicken sandwich meal, chicken tenders meal, and wings meal. What we liked best were the biscuits and coleslaw. The rest of the food were not satisfying at all. Mac and cheese was bland. Mashed potatoes was not good. Fried wings were all different colors, some light and some dark; I could taste the old oil that was used. Our Sierra Mist did not taste like soda; was just carbonation. And while the staff was friendly, they were confused. We had to repeat our order to them multiple times when they asked.
Normally good. This last time my order was wrong. Was given wrong amouny of chicken. They were out of sides I needed and my family size drink was wrong as well. When I called the manager was quick to apologize. When I went back she made sure to take care of me and made sure my order was correct before leaving.
The line moved fast. I ordered a #16 and it was hot and cooked perfect, and they got my order right. Included the correct plastic ware with napkins without having to ask for it. Love it! Go Aliante KFC!
We came at 10 and was told that they only had a certain amount of chicken left for us to choose from. How is this at all any way right? What time are they to stop cooking? An hour before closing ?? Is this how its supposed to be??
