The food is so unpleasant...Iam flabbergasted on how this is still open. I try to be kind to every business because everyone has the right to succeed but dammn the quality is horrible!! This will give you constipation because it's dry as hell!

The girl at the drive thru literally threw my bag of food at me, when I asked for sauce she threw them as well. I don’t care if you hate your job but you do not disrespect people like that for no reason.

This place is amazing with the new dining room update the inside is clean and the employees where quick to serve me when I came in and they helped me with my order and was patient and my food was out in no time and it was fresh I would recommend this kfc to anyone it’s welcoming

Really disappointed !!!after I pay they told me they don’t have biscuits anymore, I say ok and he asked me do you want cookies or chicken instead ,I said to him ok I get the chicken,so I asked him before I start driving do you put the extra chicken ,he said yes so I have a lot of bags so I think ok looks like everything is in there ,but when we got home we check everything and they don’t put the extra chicken for all our biscuits the they say don’t have anymore, they don’t put gravy for all the mashed potato’s either .

I'm disappointed with the food I received. I purchased an eight piece chicken only bucket for $19ish.I removed two wings and two drumsticks that reminded me more of party food. I thought to myself, still hungry after eating those small chicken pieces, I could have purchased three complete rotisserie chickens from Sam'sClub or Costco, every one of them larger than this, and still have money left over for what I just paid for this disappointing amount of chicken. The breast were okay. The chicken had decent taste, but never again. The value was far below the cost.

Waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement so I drove off. No other cars, 30 minutes before closing. All the negative reviews make sense.

Horrible, they were out of chicken at 5:15pm on a week day how is that possible , said that it would take 25 minutes. UGH!!! MANAGER had no customer service skills, didn't even care. Said oh well if you want it you'll wait. Never going back there.

Still waiting now over 20 minutes when we were told to wait 4 minutes for chicken tenders after being told they have no white meat chicken, no sandwiches and no slaw.Food finally is brought out after 28 minutes and the bottom of the bag is ice cold. Never again will I visit KFC, their business model has degraded so much and their "customer service" is a joke. Went in to get a refund, argued with shift manager, all together now 39 minutes spent and no food. My personal opinion of KFC, especially this location, is to don't waste your time and save yourself 40 minutes of your life that you will never get back with an empty belly. They opened a Popeyes nearby, same wait, but you actually get the food, and it's better

It's been years since I've eaten at KFC. Now I know why. When ordering my food at the drive thru, the cashier was continuously laughing for some reason. Got my food home. Totally disappointed! Chicken was overcooked and the coleslaw was "old". Threw it out. The Mac and cheese was OK. And all at a low price of $28. I would rate you a zero if possible.To all their customers going to this location. You have been warned.

DO NOT PAY ONLINE AHEAD OF TIME! We placed an online order and when we arrived at the time the order was supposed to be ready based on the app, were told it would be another 20-30 minutes. When we went back in to check the status 30 mins later, they said it would be another 20 minutes for our order. We asked for a refund, and they gave us the customer service number since they don't do online refunds or order cancels in the store. After one disconnected call and a cold transfer to the refund dept, we finally got our money back.
