Very poor customer service and waited 10 minutes for the food. I had to ask a couple of times when the food was going to be ready. I had to ask for the soda cups so I could get the drinks while I was waiting. No drink carriers.

Honestly, Don't even know why it allows to give a single star! This establishment is totally run down! Everytime I visit their at all kids working around 15 I'd say! Not that that exactly matters but when it comes to getting the same order wrong 4 times in a row while absolutely no rush was going on Is just ridiculous! The manager Mayra that I have spoken to before is Very unprofessional and Rude! Doesn't seem like she takes customer request or Store cleaning very serious what so ever! Worst KFC in Nevada!

Just went to kfc and let me tell you never going back to this location!! Soon as I bit a piece of fried chicken a thigh to be exact felt something on my tongue and it was a freaking HAIR!!!! NEVER AGAIN KFC!! Colonel Sanders would be disappointed ? I would rate 0 if I really could

Manager Keeps pay from her employees! And Is very rude when interacting with ! Has No great customer service skills at all! And while working here I was forced to cook Expired chicken that was a blueish Purple color she said it was alright and she would add into the potpies!

This is the worst establishment ever on three separate occasions I have came here at three various times usually closer to about 8:00 because I work graveyard so I stop by here on my way into the hospital to pick up my lunch. On three separate occasions I have ordered various different items off the menu and I was told either they can't fulfill the order because they don't have enough for those pieces or that they're out of chicken on my third time coming I finally just went and said does your manager know that you guys have already cleaned the fryer because you're trying to go home because your sign says you guys don't close until 10:30. I have went down the entire menu just to see how many excuses.Each item was "UNAVAILABLE" I eventually asked for 1 chicken finger and 1 chicken leg NOPE not enough.Drove around and of course you could see them cleaning up.Plus ALL THE LIGHTS TURNED OFF.

I'm giving 5 ⭐'s for Toya the cashier who rocked. I went in for take out and she took my order. She handed me my bags and repeated everything to me. Not one thing was missing. Food quality has gone down a bit. The mashed potatoes weren't creamy at all. They we're actually dry and lumpy. I'll be back because I know there are always bumps in the road that need to be smoothed out.l

Hey how's it going I don't know who I speak to in regards to the service I'm going to reach out to a few more places but here in North Las Vegas I go to the KFC on Craig road and MLK and I can never get my food hot I had to give my food back today to have them exchange it because it was cold and they just put it in the microwave some wings that I got and then they give it back and now instead of the wings being crunchy they're soggy that is unacceptable I still have my receipt and everything I wish somebody could help with that the receipt didn't even come with the print all on the label as they're out of ink on there something needs to give I'm paying $10 for a meal that used to be $5 I understand that there is inflation but the service needs to be kept up with the moving times I get these little bitty wings and then they're cold because they have to toss them in a sauce unacceptable thanks for hearing me

Chicken was dry and over cooked. So were the fries. Worst meal I have ever had at kfc. Price is higher and food is worse. Waste of $12.00.

I ordered from offline and it gave a specific time my dinner would be ready I show up to do the quick pick up and my food wasn't even started on yet, they decided to clear the drive thru which was completely full before even filling my order, I went in to check again and the cashier informs me that ohh we'll get that started for you right now....which means they still hadn't started filling the order..this location is super slow and didn't care that they had me waiting for a pick up that was supposed to be fast and ordered 30 mins in advance. I won't be going back to this location for a while and hopefully they will learn and get better at customer service.

Driver here from decatur and farm at 920. Arrived at 945. Only a few pieces of extra crispy apparently. Couldn't even order an 8 piece meal. So eventhough they are open 45 more mins (according to google) they have no chicken to sell. Not worth the time or gas.
