I would not eat here again. Food is good that's not the problem it's the service and charging my card more then I authorized(signed for on my receipt)for AFTERWARDS is the issue. They made our 1 out of 3 order wrong we took it back and one lady who wasn't fluent in English said "we make another one very sorry" she was very nice we were giving back the wrong order she said no "keep keep" so we tossed it my husband finally got his correct order. When I originally made the order it was $50 and some change I signed the receipt. AFTER her saying sorry and saying they will fix it no one told me that they were charging my card again for another burger for $10...I come home and see this morning my card was charged $10 ...without letting me know that they were going to do that.
I was told that I had to wait 30 minutes to place my order because of a $100 order. Wait... what? 30 minutes to place an order. Apparently the person on the grill wanted to keep her grill clean versus actually cook. It wasn't even close to closing? $100 order at the prices you charge is like 6 maybe 7 burgers not including extras or sides? To the female cook working on Mother's Day, You'd never make it in an actual restaurant putting up numbers like that. Super disappointing. Never going back. Shame too, I really liked Johnny Rockets.
Good food and fun. But I door miss the entire dining room. But the counter still has the 50's flair.
I came to get some food, but the workers basically ignored me just to tell me that they are closed. They closed 90 minutes earlier then advertised.
Had a great burger, fries, and a milkshake. They are the best place in town in my opinion! A bit pricy but it's worth every penny. I was sad to see not many people there for a burger, I hope they stick around.
I'd like to report on the food and the service, but there wasn't any of either. Too bad. Wife and I were looking forward to burgers before our 5:50 movie. Nobody answered the bell or verbal call-out. We gave up and went to the Panda Express next stall over.As we were sitting down to eat, we did notice two Johnny Rockets employees standing behind the counter. Where were they when we needed them?!Very disappointed.
Burgers weren't done. Forgot the bacon. Took 30 minutes for the food. Would complain, but we didn't have time since are movie starts at 6pm.
Consistent and delicious, every time. Which is VERY hard to find nowadays. The best tasting meat! Staff is friendly and fast, thank you! This is my go-to spot for a burger.
Call before going…after driving a bit to get there, by the time we walked through the casino we were told they were no longer taking orders and were closing. It was 6pm!Not impressed.
