Placed order at 410 and by 450 it still was not ready. This place is under-managed or does not care bc Chipotle can have your meal ready in ten minutes.
Excellent sandwich. I tried #5. Usually, get tuna. The cashier and staff were awesome, love the greetings and smiles. 6/27/22 around 530pm
Always love eating at Jimmy John's. They had some issues with the sandwiches but the remade them for us and were correct the second time.
The kids that took the order and made the sandwich had no idea what they were doing and they were rude. Usually your unwhich is wrapped and nice and clean.
This is the worst Jimmy John's store I have been too. Staff don't pay attention cause the are too busy playing basketball with wads of Paper. As well as their sandwiches are poorly made. Lettace is not fresh or wilting and their Unwiches are poorly wrapped so they fall apart as soon as you open the package, plus the outside is not marked so no one knows which sandwich is which!! If you are able, find a better upscale shop!!
Been to many different Jimmy John's........ I have been to this Jimmy John's location multiple times...... By far this is the worst ever..... from the quality of the service...... To the employees that really don't care about the business at all.... And it shows..... I mean how do you mess up a Jimmy John's sandwich... But this location can do it... Management needs to get ahold of these employees... They are running this franchise into the ground... And they don't care and it shows
Online order, which I’ve done MULTIPLE times at 3:21pm3:58 no updates, so I call to check status of my orderI’m told there’s no delivery driver! Wow luckily I called!Told worker I would just pick up, but before I do will the delivery fee be refunded if I have to pick it up, then I’m placed on hold for 2 minutes and I hung up, since I’m at work myself and had customers to attend toHour goes by before I could break away(business picked up). I head down there and walk in THERE IS 7 PEOPLE BEHIND THE COUNTER!! Usually we order lunch as a group and every time there is always an issue. Today, not only did we not get all our order, customer service was rude and refused to give a refund. Instead they tried to give us "a sandwich credit". I don't really understand why a refund for a missed item is so difficult. I have no intention on purchasing from this establishment ever again.
Delicious sandwiches! Fresh hoagie rolls! Fresh meats,cheeses and veggies! My first time and definitely not my last!
They have some very unique sandwiches and we ordered the Black and Blue & Jersey shore spicy italian flavors were good but messy. I prefer my sandwiches clean and neat, we did not get that there.
