I was greeted but when they wiped down the counter it was still wet and put my sandwich on it. I said something and she was nice to get me another bottom piece of bread. She said that there protocol is to put one half of the bread next to the cutting board. The bread should be places on the wrapping paper in my opinion. That’s the only thing I found dirty about this particular Mikes. Please address this with your employees.
Courtney the manager (although I never see her anymore) and Anissa are the best. Anissa has excellent customer service skills and she hustles her butt off. Great work ethics which is rare for people her age these days. I've had the pleasure of knowing Courtney since I moved here in 2015 and met Anissa last year. Anissa definitely deserves to be promoted is some form or fashion as she truly cares about her customers.
I love Jersey Mikes!! Wherever I go they have great service. I always have special orders because I have kids and I’m also the pickiest eater ever. They always accommodate without a hassle. I had a change for my online order and got no hassle at all. The staff is amazing and the food is amazing. I would recommend this place above any other sandwich shop. Everyone in the family is always happy with the quality and taste. Thanks again.
I was so disappointed in the cleanliness of store. When I asked, why the counter was not clean, she took her hand and brushed it on to floor. I asked if you could put paper down , then make the sandwich, she did but gave me and my husband issues, with thats nor the way we do it!!! Please put sandwiches on paper. She did but walked away, very huffy. We came in to support the special Olympics. But never again!!! Rude and not clean!!.
So this is my second time going to Jersey Mike’s and when I walked in the door I got a warm greeting plus the young lady remembered me from the first time which was a couple weeks ago in which I ordered a vegetarian sandwich. I couldn’t even remember everything I got on the sandwich but she did!!!...I JUS LOVE IT!!!! I just love the service! I love the friendliness the food was good the customer service is great I had to leave a review and I hardly ever ever leave reviews!!!....???
Super easy online ordering, was ready at pick up time. Food was delicious, sub tasted fresh. The employees were friendly. Place seemed clean

Service was FAST. I went early super bowl Sunday. The staff was friendly and the cashier actually said Thank You for thr tip. My first time as this location.
Got a ham and cheese regular and steak and cheese regulnar. The ham and cheese was ok. My steak and cheese was so small they didn' t even cut it in halve. Gave me a mini and charched me for a regular. Poor.
I normally no issue. Decent staff good shop. But today they tried to overcharge me on an item. Then tell me that it's because of tax. I'm no fool I can see on my receipt that the price they charged was 1 dollar more than the menu on the wall. Bad service and arguing with customers about prices. If your prices change you need to change it on the menu. Don't charge me card more and then argue the price. I understand prices increases happen but don't treat your customers like their of ignorant. I can read a receipt.
