I have never had problems here but tonight I was told to park in front. I am and the door and window next to the door are horrible. I wouldn't want to go in it looks awful. They need to clean them. Yuk!

Beatriz late night manager closed the drive thru and dining room at 10pm tonight and after being told by another employee we were good to use the drive thru she rudely denied us service the store hours are posted open until 11pm she should not have a job with how bad her customer service is and corporate should look into this place ASAP!!Update: Filled out the form online hopefully this will change something in this location! The lack and rudeness of customer service was a shock to say the least and should be address ASAP!

Just ordered 2 breakfast burritos. One burrito wasn't wrapped and all the insides were at the bottom of the bag. Also when she handed the change (98 cents) she placed it on top of the receipt and dollar bills making it difficult to receive. Nevermind the fact she also tried to give us an extra soda. Not sure if this is a great convenience choi***UPDATE decided to order through door dash. AFTER 30 MINUTES THE RESTAURANT CANCELED MY ORDER. NEVER GOING TO ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS IT GETS NEW MANAGER. SERIOUSLY F'D UP.

Lobby always closed its noon and my delivery truck is too big for drive thru. Every time i come lobby closed dosent matter what time.

OMG! Been coming here for years but will not be continuing. I recieved. Burger with a whole bite mark. Enough said. Beware!

Couldn't find their own as with both hands. They had entire order screwed up I ordered ultimate hamburger meal and 15 party tacos and 2 drinks the only thing that was correct was the French fries I also sat in the drive thru for 28 min waiting to get to the window their was a total of 5 cars in line and I was the 4th I had to race back to work so I had no idea how messed up my order was until it was too late. Never again.....

.Do not work or order at this Jack in the box. I guarantee you other workers are not prolific and do not care about your time or experience. They will tell you to reverse backwards in the drive through to trick their timer into saying you left. Being a worker there, I know what happens behind the scenes. A good amount of them will take advantage of this “cheat” to slack off and make the customer wait for over 10 minutes. What should take no more than 3 minutes takes 10+ minutes. The work environment is toxic & understaffed workers do not get paid enough (at least the ones who are prolific). The current manager Alma, is highly unprofessional, acts on emotion, and cannot take responsibility. Do yourself a favor and do not work at this location. It is understaffed for a reason! I guarantee you will be walking out within a month tops. Additionally, without my intervention, my coworkers, specifically the managers, will still give contaminated cups and lids that have been dropped on the ground. One time I dropped a cup & tried throwing it away. My manager/team leader saw and said “still serve it”! I rudely declined and proceeded to throw it away. DISGUSTING. Who knows what else happens when I am not on shift. Do not feel obligated to reverse backwards.

I really like this location, the staff is great and the food is always hot. I live that they accept multiple coupons, because yes I'm a coupon fiend love em'
