Everytime I go 2 this location they are never open, it's sad and I'm very disappointed ?
Was hunger food came out hot and ready. Staff were nice and friendly.
Well well poor Jack in the box they really need to come up with the solution but after hour there's always a long line people picking up personal food and Uber sometime I have to cancel because the line is just so long speed it up guys.
Big sign in the front, "Dining Room Open!" It is not open. Not looking to eat in my car in 110 degree weather.

We showed up at the drive thru at 9:59pm, they close at 10pm, and the lady outside saw us pulling into the drive thru. And she tried to talk with us, but she clearly saw we were there and ready to order. We pulled up to the window to order, and the guy over the speaker said “we are closed” unacceptable.
Bad customer service I tried to tell the guy about there service and he shut the door on my face. The crew from tonight needs proper training now I'm going to headquarters. There so rude from the time I pulled up to order.
Order was inaccurate. Asked for Jumbo Jack without lettuce and cheese. What do you think I got? I don't get it. If order is correct on the screen and verbally confirmed, why the person preparing food still messes it up?

Food was good, long wait as dining room and take out were closed. Employees were very friendly.
