I was SHOCKED ✅ ✅ The person that took my order was nice ✅ And my order was hot as i asked ✅✅?

OKAY so the food was okay. Could have been hotter. Especially for breakfast. They weren't busy. Just my car and one other van behind me.My problem was the customer service in the drive through. When I got to the Window to USE MY TAP TO pay the man just yelled WE DONT HAVE APPLE PAY. I SAID ITS GOOGLE PAY. He responded again with a rude condescending tone that they don't have that either. Just cash or cards he a abruptly interrupted me for the second time. Making me feel like it was my fault for using my right to contactless payments. I gave him a card and payed. Not once did he say anything apologetic for not being able to accommodate me or ask me if I wanted any condiments or thank me for choosing Jack in the box. I felt rushed and guilty for the whole experience.

I'm about as always been delicious they have not changed their menu unlike other restaurants who have changed the menu to the soy base which actually causes a person to literally go to the restroom constantly it is a natural laxative now for lottie's restaurants like in and out McDonald's that have literally changed their menus and meat that is really not edible

This morning the people working here are doing a terrific job. Two thumbs up. Dine in is open. Drive through is open. Keep up the good work. Good job.

Why have lobby hours if the lobby gets locked as soon as it gets dark. Do better guys. I've went to this exact location at least 4 times this month, seeing as how I work across from it at Walmart you'd figure I could walk over and grab a bite. NOPE, it's never open. The lobby is literally always locked. Tonight the employee saw me walking over and ran in and locked the door. And im not gonna walk back to my car just to go through the long drive thru when the posted hours say it is supposed to be open. Again do better

Food was good and prepped quick. It was what you would expect from Jack. It was a bad smell in the bathroom though. I imagine the sewage line is backed up.

Just pulled up at 7:14am and the doors are closed with a bag tied around the handles on the inside and there is an employee inside. Also no response in the drive thru. The door says open at 6:30am... What's going on here???

March 24, 2022 @ 6:22pm. The girl working drive thru either needs a better set of headphones or a hearing aid. I stripped my voice screaming at the girl who still couldn't figure out anyone's orders in this line. I get you don't have many workers, but stop hiring the deaf ones! Nobody obviously knows how's to cook or take an order. Corporate needs to come down off their pedestals and fix this jack.

Ordered from the budget menu cheaper and just as good. Got a great Jacks bacon burger $2.99 fries & a drink for under $5. The regular menu can be costly if you choose medium or large of combo meals. Don't know about you but I can't afford $15-$20 for 1 meal. Great place to eat but choose wisely and eat good without going broke

I ordered the new bacon loaded nacho tiny tacos and they could not get the order right. They messed it up 3 times and kept looking a me like I was stupid for wanting it corrected. Apparently they didn't even know what I was talking about when I mentioned the bacon loaded nacho tiny tacos. After the 3rd time they messed up they looked confused and didn't know what to do so I just asked if I could get a refund. They rudely refused saying they couldn't do anything because I ordered through the app. So I asked to speak to a manager for more information on how to handle this situation but they all ignored me. Eventually I left without getting any help from anyone. Usually I'm very patient but the people who were working at the time did not know how to act in a business environment. I have filed a complaint, although nothing will come from this, I recommend they work on social skills and start treating people with more respect.
