Love the food and prices of JITB. They are very quick with the orders and the food is always hot. They can mistakes every 4-5 orders, but who doesn’t? I like jack and I recommend jack.
I'm only giving them 1 star because 0 isn't an option. But I waited in line for 15 only to be told once I got to the order window that they were closed if they they couldn't take anymore orders let people know or block off the drive threw so that your not wasting peoples time because its aprently more important to go get out of there then take care of there customers .
On Thursday May 12, 2022 at approximately 5:41PM, we drove to the drive thru at this location, it was going fine until we approached the window a White Female Adult came to the window appearing as if she had just woken up.She was handing us our drinks and spilled the drink into the drink carrier and all over the window, instead of remaking our drink she put a fresh lid over the spilled drink, with soda still all over the drink carrier, she asked us to pull in front we did.I asked her for extra ranch and sauce, she said ok, since our total was $40.56. I pulled in front and a Hispanic Female Adult delivered our order, I asked her is the sauce inside she told me yes. We looked in the bag no sauce was inside.We called the store number it went to voicemail three times, then they disconnected the number, so I pressed the doorbell, the Hispanic Female Adult came out i told her we had no sauce, she apologized, and returned with (1) Ranch and (1) Good Good Sauce.I looked at the associate like are you serious, she said we charge extra for sauce, I asked how much. She talked to her shift lead over the headset and made up a price, we told her forget it. , we drove home with a spilled drink, no sauce, cold fries, and bad service.
24hr signs up everywhere, accepting ubereats orders, but when you go to pick up there are cones blocking the drive thru. Had to call ubereats to report the store closed, and the woman opens the door and asks me to leave the drive thru area because I’m on the timer for their weight scale… if you’re actually closed, why is the timer on? Closing early and not telling your boss? I even see all the food sitting on the counter in there. It’s really infuriating. This happened around 2:58am.
The quality is horrible.. Staff was nice, food was warm ... Basically staff did the best they could with what they have to serve..
Worst experience I ordered a home style chicken club and it was drenched in ranch dressing. My loaded tacos were drenched in taco sauce it looked like taco soap. Don’t order here I made the mistake.
Ok people. Here it is my final F.U. to Jack in the box.. Arby's dining room been open for about a year. MCD is open. KFC is open. Subway is open. Bk is open. Chick fil et is open. Jack box (Jack) on the Nasdaq. Remains closed. EFF the drive-thru. Efff the curbside.. open the gd doors. What are you waiting for? It's a dam shame. I used to love the breakfast. Thought it was the best fast food breakfast on the market. But now? Who knows? Times have changed and so have I. So to you Jack in the box. I must say goodbye.
Because It's JACK silly. Jack is the man with the plan. And those who follow already know you're covered with the best& leave the rest with the less&mess!
The bread was flat and sandwich was bland all together. Sonic burgers are better.
