We got my kids sprite with their meals the other day. One kid drank his with his meal and got sick. The other kid didnt drink his and 3 days later we find his untouched soda and dump it out to find this inside. Pink slime and mold is common in ice machines and nozzles of soda machines not kept clean. No wonder my other kid got sick. ?
Irritated. I go there in the morning for breakfast. They forgot an item they charged me for and didn't issue a receipt. I went to call the number and it's not in service. I don't have time to go in and get what I requested cuz I will be late for work. I just have to take the loss. But 11 dollars for half of my food doesn't sit well with me. Ugh
This location is always so slow. It seems like they close the drive thru every Sunday night after 10pm. Whenever we check to see their times to be open it always says drive thru open 24 hours... We go to another location or somewhere else that appreciates thier customers.We have complained to the customer service number and never get a response back! Very sad!
This place is terrible. The staff is unprofessional. They run out of ingredients and are rude about it when you say anything about. Like you are an inconvenience because you want something off their menu. Total God complex and you’re running a drive thru. Whatever makes you feel better about yourself. I’m done with this location.
This place doesn’t disappoints. The food is freshly made and not an ugly mess. The only thing that needs improving I think, are the fries. They are a little limp but good.The jack spicy chicken with cheese is the best here. Nice juicy crispy chicken!
I didn't even want to highlight 1 Star. This is by far the absolute worst "Jack in the Box" I've been to out of town. They are rude individuals with no customer service skills at all. My mom is elderly so she is very picky food. She barely wants anything. Finally, I go to "Jack and the Box" for lunch. To my surprise, Mom wants a taste. This was for me.???? I ended up sharing the whole meal with Mom. She enjoyed it!!! So every since I left Nevada, she's been going there. 3 times, she's been there only to receive Horrible Food and Service. Every time I called, they weren't Mangers available. Ask to speak to a shift leader since their was no manager. I spoke to Madison, who said she was the shift leader. She said she remembered doing my mom's food fresh. That's not true. So you asked for her name and number to receive a freshly cooked meal. So my brother takes Mom there for lunch. Madison, you made my mom pay for her meal on the account of her not bringing the meal back the day of. When I specifically informed you, she was elderly and very weak from rheumatoid arthritis, so she wouldn't be able to make it back that very day. I called repeatedly for 2 hours straight rotating from my phone and my husband's. I called Corporate on a Friday, not open. So, my question is for Corporate. Is this the type of establishment you're operating in? And are those the type of employees you're hiring??? Never again will I step foot at this location. As for my mother I'll try and find her somewhere else that would appreciate her business.
They were having a great time screwing around on a Saturday night at 10pm, so good in fact that they couldn't even remember to complete the combo meal I odered. Thank you for stealing my money you losers. You had one job and you were too immature and stupid to succeed. Good job ladies.
Difficult to hear low quality and poorly placed speaker/microphone.Order had no condiments as requested.Crew was too busy to be polite...and there is no inside dining or orders. Drive thru only.
Friendly staff, but my tacos was put back in grease, they trash when it comes to your food
