My kids took me there for mother's day. We were seated and the seat and table were still wet from being cleaned. We were a party of six and the waitress was taking the order out of memory with no notepad. She was getting frustrated with us since she kept repeating the order because we considered things were missing from the order. She asked if there's anything else we wanted and I asked her for another Sprite. She was very annoyed with that too. I wasn't happy with her behavior. It's not our fault that she decides to take a large order out of memory and then be upset when we she is asked to repeat it. I don't care if she has photographic memory. She was very unprofessional. The food service was good after that. Anyhow I won't be coming back!
Ordered from this place today and they messed up my order. I called them and said I wanted to have a gen. Chicken no spice. It can quick and I was excited till I took one bit. It was so hot you couldn’t eat it. And I’m from the south and eat spicy food daily. I called to let them know what happened. The guy on the phone was nice and wanted to replace it but I had already eaten some of it. I just asked for them to give me credit for the next time I order and he said the owner will only give me credit for egg rolls. I didn’t order egg rolls. And to let everyone know they egg rolls and mushy and cold. So I told him I won’t be ordering from here again. So if you want good Chinese food don’t go here.
Decent food at a great price. Customer service is horrible. Also, the restaurant has a very strong odor
This was my second time dinning in, the food was ok, service a little slow despite the fact that there was only one table occupied besides mine but there was a lot of take out orders being picked up. Food was served on paper plates, that was a surprise but I guess it's because of the pandemic. Staff was very friendly and attentive.
When my online order had not been updated and we had been waiting an hour, I called. Their connection was super choppy, but figured out my order was received. Made it sound like it was ready, but kinda sketchy delivery time of 20-30min. I knew then the order had been missed and it was just now being taken care of. I asked if it was just being prepared and the gentleman was honest and said yes. They did their best and got it to me 10min after that! Had they not missed my order it would’ve been 4 stars.
Mongolian beef is the lowest quality beef I've tasted, worse than taco bell. Orange chicken was okay (Chicken was poor quality but the sauce wasn't bad) so it's not 1 star.
I ordered online and was impressed by the speed and convenience of it. I went to pick up my food and I was in and out in a matter of minutes. While I was inside I did notice how no one was dining in, which had me to believe they're only doing online orders, but as soon as I got to my house and ate my food I was very impressed. Super fresh, very hot, very hearty portion, and just simply delicious. Would definitely order here again.
Love this place. Large servings, very nice staff. I get the honey walnut shrimp and my b.f. gets Mongolian beef. Very yummy!
Food was really good. Fast service and waiters are very attentive.
