To much waiting I don't recommend nevada eye center are best

Worst customer service ever they called 6times to book an appointment when we already did once had to call them and tell them to stop calling me book me late at 1pm left at 5 pm late to work the doctor was great but they need better out going management.
The staff is great but the Dr Carpenter over books appointments and never see his patients on time I had a appointment I had a appointment at 8am and it is 10am. I will be getting a new eye doctor my records and finding a new eye dr
Dr. Carpenter did an amazing job a couple of yrs ago with some issues i had with moles... staff was great always nice and now im taking my husband for his eye exam
I paid everything they told me it will cost to do exams and weeks later they still want me to pay more!!!! When I told doctor I couldn’t see right with one eye they did exams and told me that I was good everything seem good and that there was nothing they can do. They love to take peoples money!! Don’t go here!! Look somewhere else please don’t make the same mistake I did
Wow this doctor was amazing from the moment I walked in the door! Let me start with the staff, amazing amazing amazing these girls know how to do their jobs and they know how to treat their customers! The office manager Was amazing as well!Now the doctor oh my word I don’t think I could say enough about how amazing dr carpenter is my first visit he took his time and explained everything to me, he walked me through the process of the cataract surgery and answered all my questions! Dr carpenter knows his stuff! At the time of surgery he was just as kind and gentle. I could go on for days of how pleased I am with this Doctor abd his staff!! If your on the fence about an eye doctor this office is hands down the best there is out there!
Offices clean, staff knowledgeable, doctor punctual. Never fun seeing a doctor but as far as doctors appointments go, this one was a great experience!
Nice place but the worst customer service I ever seen....i went there to made eyes glasses I asked her for discount she fast answered me in bad act and attitude go to Walmart for cheaper..it was so bad
Very very unhelpful place, My son wasn’t cure at all, I went there for almost 1 year and never get cure, we just spend the money on follow up. I definitely DO NOT recommended this place
